It is only Christ that makes any of us worthy. The only way you will see a worthy man, is one under the blood. I did not fall in love with my now-wife, until I saw her under the blood of Christ. Seeing Christ, the affections of my soul, in her, I proposed. A LOT of people look at members on TOL without looking through the blood of Christ. We can't find our brothers and sisters that way. Let the world judge us wrongly, but we will see each other under blood, all who are soaked in it. The world doesn't understand the preciousness of the blood. To them, it is the fodder of a horror show. Life is in the blood and we are all incredible when covered in it. It is beautiful because every drop screams the Love of God to redeem a lost people.

I'm Catholic and will never leave the Church, even though the human part of the Church... uh... shall we say "bites" most of the time..

But anyhow... I think if I weren't Cahtolic, I would be Baptist.

I went to a Baptist Church in Texas long ago and it was a lovely affair... people caught up in the Spirit.. singing, etc..

of course, that was when I was a lot younger.. but still, I remember it to this day.. and I was impressed..

Years ago I left the church because I felt I had to leave both my brain and heart outside the front door before I entered in.

I am a committed disciple of Jesus these days.

The lack of centuries-old cemented doctrine would allow for me to form a belief system based upon my life experiences and reason, rather than trying to interpret both to justify what I was told as a child, as too many church people dedicate themselves to doing.
