They're just swapping one Dem justice for another one though. At the end of the day the Supreme Court 'scorecard' is still going to say 6-to-3 Republican advantage. I'm not sure Repubs will gain any independents for this year's midterms based on proposing a different Black woman judge with Republican values for a replacement nominee. Maybe.

Paul is the one who made the claim. If you have an issue with that reasoning, then you have some serious problems with your theology.
