Inciting this fear, and feeding it with disinformation is exactly what De Blasio, Obama, Holder and the rest of you racist liberal goons have done Barbie.
I think it's possible to see this as an incitement to fear the police, but an incitement to take violent action against them? Not really. I don't think the guy who murdered these 2 cops can point to DeBlasio's words as motivation or justification or anything like that.
What have Holder and Obama done and what do you think they should have done instead?

At least one of them was according to media standards, which insisted Zimmerman is white. To the Lutheran (Mecca Synod) assassin sneaking up behind them, they probably looked white enough and, more to the point, not black.

Not taking the side of criminals who happen to be of color would help but, why would they? They are lawless themselves.
Evil begets evil. That's always the way it's been. And it will eventually take down the innocent as well as the guilty. The two officers who were murdered apparently had nothing to do with the earlier killings. Some psychopath just picked them out for revenge.

Violence enacted upon capital criminals in the form of righteous justice draws joy from those who want to see justice done.

Unfortunately people believe they are the authors of what is just and unjust. Even the government buys into the language, saying it has been established on the mandate of the people.
I tend to think these cops would have been murdered regardless of his comments. But it's possible that the murderer felt some motivation from the comments, I'll grant that, but I still wouldn't call it a direct incitement, which is what Knight called it.
Which incident were those comments from?

Does it matter? The words were said as well as many other comments unbecoming of a leader but, he really isn't much of a leader...more of a divider and he is quite good at it.

Yes, I think police were the primary target, but I imagine race played a role too. If the cops had been black I doubt they would have been killed.
Have you paid attention to the news? There have been many instances cited of unprovoked attacks by gangs of black men beating random white women, men and even children and they call it justifiable pay back.
