Judging by how the 49'ers are playing, and Michigan's blowout win over #13 Northwestern, Jim Harbaugh may be a really good coach.
Michigan has outscored its last three opponents 97-0, and two of those opponents were ranked.
Next weeks Michigan vs. Michigan St. game is looking like the can't miss game to watch.
The Big Ten East is the best division in football, even with alleged Big Ten teams Maryland and Rutgers added for market reasons only.
James Franklin of Penn State has a monster recruiting class going and it is only a matter of time. And they have improved to 5-1 after getting bounced by (ha ha) Temple in the first week.
Michigan, Ohio State, Penn State and recently the highly successful Michigan State Spartans all in one division is awesome.
Michigan is back. Northwestern is a really good team with a poor offense. That a good win, but not the world beating win as declared right now.
I don't have much on Alabama, the second best team this week. They knocked over a physically tough but poorly coached team in Arkansas. The SEC West will definitely be interesting, except for their pansy scheduling like Ole Miss playing a non-conference game in October against the second worst team in football, New Mexico State. My respect flies out the window with the SEC with the manipulation they put on. They also play really bad teams in November before big games.
I look forward to Leonard Fournette against Bama. And Texas A&M against everybody. It sure seems like it is Florida's to lose with Nick Chub in an uncertain status.
