Not when there is only one, and spoken of in the future tense.
(Isaiah 19:20 KJV) And it shall be for a sign and for a witness unto the Lord of hosts in the land of Egypt: for they shall cry unto the Lord because of the oppressors, and he shall send them a saviour, and a great one, and he shall deliver them.
There was only one saviour, so the article "a" in front of "saviour" is no different than the article "a" in front of "new covenant" in Jer 31:31, as there was only one new covenant to come.
Unless of course, you want to make the argument that there was more than one saviour?
