There is only one type of faith that leads to eternal life.

Neither taught that works of the law of Moses saved unto eternal life. Both taught assurance of the end result being eternal life if one's believing faith endured towards the God of gods and no other.

I think that Peter and Paul both taught salvation unto eternal life was by the death and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ, and that both taught that Israel had a promise of a restored earthly kingdom.

I teach both because all the apostles, including Paul, did. Maybe you've forgotten, but I don't say the earthly kingdom of Israel is about having eternal life.

He most certainly did. He preached God was not through with their promise of a restored kingdom. Well nobody can bring it in with words. But we certainly do teach that Israel still has future promise of a kingdom to come. You don't tell anyone that? I do.

Paul preached it for Israel too. And it's still being preached, even by us, because the promise to Israel of their restored kingdom is still valid.

No one knew before Christ was crucified. For if it could have been known then the dark forces would not have strived for His death. When Christ was resurrected the same means of eternal life was preached by both.
