Why Calvinist, Catholics, Muslims, Others are Lost

My doctrine is based upon scripture, which is the word of God.
The identical claim of all 50,000+ competing and contradictory recently-invented, man-made non-Catholic sects in existence today, with more being concocted every week. Your claim means exactly nothing.

Your doctrine is based upon what some sinner thinks.
You must have me confused with yourself, whose doctrinal opinions merely parrot the entirely-fallible claims of Brinsmead. "Who?" asks the reader. Exactly.

White schools the Romanist's apologetic methods (start at 3:42 minutes in):

http://www.aomin.org/aoblog/index.p...s-hour-long-phone-call-response-romes-claims/

Highlights of the correctives given to the young man calling in to the program:

- Oral tradition unfounded
- Sola ecclesia is Rome's position "We said it. It must be right."
- Maybe seven verses (debatable at that) in all of Scripture defined infallibly by Rome
- Use of ECF is only "tradition" when Romanists quote them
- Rome defines "tradition" By what authority? Rome says so
- Rome misrepresents sola scriptura
- Rome admits revelation has ceased, yet denies Scripture as the only authority
- Rome's dogmatic "traditions", e.g., assumption of Mart, find no warrant in Scripture
- Works-based salvation denies workmanship of God in all believers
- Romans 4:4 and forward - Rome makes God a debtor - Romanists cannot answer "who is the blessed man of Romans 4"? Hint: it is not Jesus Christ. Romanists can only answer "Well, I hope to be" contra the teachings in Rom. 4
- Rome has no offering of true peace as there is no finished work of Christ in its dogma
- Matthew 16:18 - focus is not upon who Peter is, but who Jesus is, but Rome ignores the grammar and how the early church understood these things. See also: http://www.amazon.com/The-Matthew-16-Controversy-Peter/dp/1879737256

If I were you I would find it disturbing that there is NOTHING in God's word about your Catholic church.

Still awaiting your informed response to my question:
"What doctrinal authority did Luther possess to impose his theological opinions on the Church that, for example, Arius and Pelagius did not?"

You promote the same false gospel that Brinsmead did.

Rather, by faith plus Brinsmead-ism.

Brinsmead also taught the same Gospel that Paul taught.

His motto was... "The Gospel plus nothing and nothing but the Gospel".

He is not a pope. He does not wear a long robe and a funny hat. And he most certainly does not want anyone calling him Father.
Irrelevant. His function is precisely the same in your interpretation of the Bible, and in the formulation of your theological beliefs. Theology doesn't occur in a vacuum.

No, he's not the same as your pope.

He presents the "Historical Gospel" of Jesus Christ as the only means of man's salvation.

Same as I do and the same as Paul did.

For all practical purposes in your personal belief system, his function and authority are exactly the same.

So Brinsmead claims, and so you have loyally followed.

I follow Jesus Christ and not a man. Can't say the same for you.

Brinsmead is just a Christian scholar that teaches justification by faith and by faith alone. Which I also believe.
