The law of Moses will convince even the simple minded that they are sinners.
The word "whosoever" cannot be assigned to any group. To do so causes the word to lose its meaning.

Whosoever, means all, anyone, everyone that believes in Jesus shall be saved. You are trying to screw with God's word as usual.
