The real problem with being the party of the rich is that there aren't many rich people. So you can't win elections by being honest about yourself. You have to lie, and cheat, if you want to win.

But eventually the piper demands payment and a settling of accounts. After November 3rd we'll still be saddled with Mad Donald for a time, maybe not that long... Many people think that by spring Trump will lose interest and enthusiasm when he faces opposition from congress and just quit. That would suit his lazy, cowardly nature though.
