Well, here's a definition that covers some of the basics although it's hardly a one size fits all as not all people on the left or right hold exactly the same views:
"Generally, the left-wing is characterized by an emphasis on "ideas such as freedom, equality, fraternity, rights, progress, reform and internationalism" while the right-wing is characterized by an emphasis on "notions such as authority, hierarchy, order, duty, tradition, reaction and nationalism".
If you need more specifics then fine, let me know.
I don't think it's quite as simple as that but in essence it covers several of the major differences although some are more hard line on issues from either side of the spectrum and sometimes overlap. So, I answered your question, if t's not to your satisfaction then I've offered to answer further, it was hardly much of a "dare" frankly and no lying on my part.

I live not far from the Dogger Bank, you nutcase. The fact that the Dogger was a land bridge to the continent when the ice sheets were one mile deep in North America and across Europe, and the fact that the sea levels rose after the ice age melt is no kind of evidence to prove that the CO2 levels are rising out of control by comparison with those times.
If all the ice would melt then sea levels would be about 200 feet higher than today, but even a 2 meter rise would be a disaster. Our carbon emissions over the last 150 years have put our ecosystem at risk.... and if you love your babies so much you'll wake up and stop being such a dunce over global warming. It's our babies future that dunces like you would risk.......... Remember? Babies? Po-life? :idea:
There is not one single piece of actual evidence that man is causing any sort of climate change whatsoever, warming or otherwise. None! It's is all based on computer modeling - all of it.
And we all now know what computer modeling with worth.
