A judge finds a person guilty based on credible witnesses to the violation.

To be more precise, the Bible's standard is two or three witnesses.

God is triune, and is Himself three witnesses.

Jesus could not convict an adulterous woman because the witnesses went away and did not testify.

Correct. The law stated "two or three witnesses establishes a matter. On the testimony of only one, no one can be condemned."

Yet, since God is triune, and bears witness to the fact that man has (generally speaking) rejected Him, therefore they are condemned to separation from Him, unless they turn back to Him, and that if they confess with their mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in their heart that God has raised Him from the dead, they will be saved. (Romans 10:9)

Until that point, they are condemned.

Its plain that God doesnt love some, they are called the workers of iniquity Ps 5:5

5 The foolish shall not stand in thy sight: thou hatest all workers of iniquity.

Gods Love is restricted , to teach He loves all men without exception is heresy !

Wrong.

"For the Father judges no one, but has committed all judgment to the Son." (John 5:22)

The Son said, "Woman, where are those accusers of yours? Has no one condemned you?"
She said, "No one, Lord."
And Jesus said to her, "Neither do I condemn you; go and sin no more." (John 8:10-11)

What you say is true. God isn't fond in the least of all who do not believe in His Son. God does not love those who will be consigned to hell. God has never loved them and to suggest He does or did at some time is blasphemous

Eh, one persons "blasphemy" is another's "truth". Religious dogma can be as unloving as it gets. Sad as it can often be indoctrinated into children who aren't taught to think for themselves and precious little to do with belief as it is.

If I understand what your saying then Rom 9:22-24 is just one example of unloving dogma found in the New Testament.
So your truth would see this verse as blasphemous!

So you take this to mean some were born as vessels of wrath instead of the body of corruption we all wear Romans 7:17, while entombed/dreaming in flesh? That wrath/corruption being a common denominator amongst all born of the flesh Romans 7:5-6,7:24, not some factory zombies for god to play cat and mouse with.
The old man verses the new is the paradoxical parable told in the dead letter stories, that conscience dualism is portrayed as two biological flesh and blood Fathers, Mothers, and sibling when it all takes place within one Body! That is dualism/double minded Galatians 4:21, that law being based on sowing and reaping Galatians 4:1, egocentric dualism keeps one blind to who they actually are, Galatians 4:22-31, proves these are dual characteristics of inward states of consciousness like Galatians 3:1-5, is a warning about flesh outward judgment verses spirit inward judgment 2 Corinthians 3:6, all judgement starts in the house of God Luke 17:21.

You are condemning yourself by demeaning the character of Divine love, the more excellent way of none judgment like the Father Psalms 40:6, your ole tribal god must be renewed as well which is in control of your double minded thinking stuck in darkness Psalms 78:2, Ephesians 5:14, in you where Christ is still a paradoxical mystery.

I don't believe you are correct...until an individual dies God extends them grace to repent and receive salvation. There are many passages to this effect, but here are a couple...
II Peter 3:9:
9 The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.
Revelation 22:17:
7 The Spirit and the bride say, “Come!” And let the one who hears say, “Come!” Let the one who is thirsty come; and let the one who wishes take the free gift of the water of life.

As far as love is concerned...
Matthew 5:43-48:
“You have heard that it was said, ‘Love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ 44 But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, 45 that you may be children of your Father in heaven. He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. 46 If you love those who love you, what reward will you get? Are not even the tax collectors doing that? 47 And if you greet only your own people, what are you doing more than others? Do not even pagans do that? 48 Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect.

You can see from this passage that God loves all. Jesus commands we love all...righteous and the unrighteous...to be perfect (aim for this perfection)...as your Heavenly Father is perfect. So we are to perfect our faith by adding this quality of love.

You have not understood the point I am making about God's so called universal love.
The new commandment is to the saints,'love one another as I have loved you'.
The emphasis is on on God's love in the community of the saints!

Are the elect who are regenerate commanded to love the elect who are not yet regenerate, or are they only commanded to love those who are already regenerate?

This "community of the saints" you speak of-- is that made up only of elect persons who are regenerate, or does it also include elect persons who are not yet regenerate? Would you say that persons are saints who are elect, but as of yet, unregenerate?

What you're saying, here, is that, in addition to the non-elect, God also doesn't love any elect persons who do not believe in His Son. The elect persons who have not yet been regenerated to believe in His Son. So, take yourself, for instance: as one of the elect, you were always elect before you were regenerated, and, being not yet regenerated, you did not yet believe in God's Son. So, by definition, you were an elect person not believing in God's Son. When you were not a believer in His Son, was God fond of you, or not?

According to your profile, you are 50 years old. Amazing!

Thank you for displaying, before the general public, and before your ideological comrades, just how I have forced you to deal with your rage and frustration over your plain inability to answer my questions. George Soros wants you to join Antifa; your behavior is perfectly suited to their methods of persuasion.
