Hold down your "Alt" key on the left side of your keyboard and enter "0220" on the numeric keypad. Like magic! Though, if you're using a lappy and have no numeric keypad, it'll be so much work for you that it's just not worth explaining (though one easier solution would be to get one with a German keyboard.)
