I would say yes, in as much one has the power to choose that path that is consonant to his own purpose of life, inner potential and ultimate joy of existence. Destiny is inherent within the freedom of one's own determination as granted by divine providence. All therefore in some sense, have a destiny.

no, that is an inherent part of the Creation and the laws that govern it..... what i meant was that i reject the idea that every choice i've ever made was a predetermined outcome.
