"And you are complete in Jesus Christ" Colossians 2:10.
In Jesus Christ the law has been fulfilled and abolished, Matthew 5:18.
In Jesus Christ all sin has been atoned for, 1 John 2:2.
WE ARE COMPLETE IN HIM.

Paul writes this second sending due time truth late into his ministry
1 Timothy 2:3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;
1 Timothy 2:4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.
1 Timothy 2:5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;
1 Timothy 2:6 Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.
1 Timothy 2:7 Whereunto I am ordained a preacher, and an apostle, (I speak the truth in Christ, and lie not

"The order of salvation" pertaining to whom Paul was sent was first Jews and Greeks straightway out of the gates of his salvation in Acts 9 and later an all men inclusion sending after the remnant according to the election of grace which God foreknew had been gathered.
Thank you heir. That is one of my favorite scriptures. Every time I read it I am blessed by it.

Neither trusting or believing are works. Works are of the law (Galatians 3:2 KJV). Salvation is unto all in the dispensation of the grace of God without exception as God will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth (1 Timothy 2:4-6 KJV).
