The continued policing problem in America.

Cops are trained and expected to be suspicious. It is literally what they are getting paid to do. I didn't watch the entire video but that first driver (if there was more than one) went to jail because he was dumb and talked way too much.
If not giving the officer anything to use against him was the stance he wanted to take, he should have BEGAN the interaction by asserting his right to remain silent and then refused to answer any questions without the presence of his attorney.

When you're dealing with a female perp who's resisting arrest you need to put hands on her, those hands ideally should be female. I know it's way down the list on how to improve our society, but it's not nothing. Females (and males) shouldn't resist arrest, if that's what's going on. Basically everybody getting arrested basically thinks it's a mistake, so the right position can't be to resist if you think it's unfair. ofc you think it's unfair, that's pretty much what anybody who's arrested thinks, that it's unfair. Your position can't be resistance if you think it's unfair. That just results in everybody resists arrest. That's not what we're trying to do. If you get arrested, you just submit to arrest, that's part of how our society and culture is supposed to run.
It's historically rare in a largely Christian society for females to be resisting arrest, or for them to be doing things which require arrest in the first place. Another fruit of feminism.

The police should be the ones upholding the law.
In a just criminal justice system, you wouldn't need female officers, even for pat-downs, because if the officer assaults her, he will likely see justice, and if the female bears false witness against him, she will suffer the same punishment she sought to bring upon him.

I saw no evidence of that in the video my comment was in response to. On the contrary, that guy was acting suspicious by almost any measure.
I grant that our laws in this country are dumb and counter productive but that cop wasn't.
Psychology says otherwise. And I am no expert. Almost all normal people get very nervous with law enforcement. Their training is 100% backwards.

Their authority comes from God. The issue is many profane him.
You don't think that police officers are trained to know nervous behavior when they see it?

By the way, I'm no great big fan of police officers and I'm not denying that there isn't a great deal of stuff that goes on that is very very wrong. I'm just saying that this particular incident in the video isn't the abuse of power the video make it out to be.

It doesn't seem like it. Body cam and dash cam videos show it. Body cam also shows a very violent demographic in America who thought it was a good idea to record their interaction.
Sure. Officers rattle off a list of things that someone nervous will do and say it is suspicious. A psychopath, a real one, will show none of those behaviors.
You watch too many YouTube videos.
You should try watching On Patrol Live. You'd have a very much more accurate understanding of what police officers do and why they do it. Police are not violent, they're scared. That's right, they're scared. They are trained to be scared to death that they aren't going to get to go home to their families that evening. If you think you've seen a lot of police officers being violent, you wouldn't know how to handle the videos police officers are exposed to on a regular basis where they're shown their colleges being shot in the face or stabbed or God knows what all. They fed a steady diet of other police officers who let their guard down for one second and paid for it with severe career ending injuries if not their lives. This is why they treat every firearm as if it going to leap out of the glove box on its own and start firing itself at their partner. They overly paranoid because paranoid police officers get to go home at the end of their shift. That's not their fault. That's the society we live in and that's the super-violent portion of it the police officers deal with day after day.
Which it another things they're trained to look for. What they're trained to look for is normal behavior. They know what normal people do in nearly any situation, particularly stressful ones. The behavior at a car crash, for example, can be anything from confusion, to sobbing to laughter. Pretty nearly any sort of overt emotional reaction is "normal". What is not normal is no emotion at all or sticking around but trying not to be noticed. The guy doing nothing but impassively sticking around but avoiding being seen is the guy that's going to catch a police officer's eye precisely because that is not a normal stress response.
The majority of police officers spend their day in the worst parts of town, doing things that ruin the day for worst people in town. Most of the time they don't give normal people like you and me a second thought. They're just as happy to let us get on with our lives so they can deal with someone doing something they're not supposed to be doing. In other words, police officers do not need to go looking for people to give a hard time too. Bad guys are all over the place.
There are bad apples - no doubt! Any video that anyone can find of a bad apple being bad is posted on YouTube because those are those are the one's that get watched. Police officers doing their regular job is quite boring to watch. Not only that but when you watch one of those videos, YouTube is designed to feed you more of the same. More importantly, the left is at war with the rule of law in the country (around the world really). One of their most effective tactics is to post videos of police doing their job badly, which you watch and end up thinking that police are nothing but a violent demographic! You've done nothing but buy into the left's propaganda.

But instead of dispensing God's wrath against wicked, those with personality disorders go into law enforcement so they can dominate others. And all branches of government. He spoke the universe into existence, and he will execute millions in the same way. The severe problems now are the tip of the ice berg.

But there seems to be some qualifiers that pertain to those who should be considered an authority, according to Romans 13:
13 Let every soul be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and the authorities that exist are appointed by God. 2 Therefore whoever resists the authority resists the ordinance of God, and those who resist will [a]bring judgment on themselves. 3 For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to evil. Do you want to be unafraid of the authority? Do what is good, and you will have praise from the same. 4 For he is God’s minister to you for good. But if you do evil, be afraid; for he does not bear the sword in vain; for he is God’s minister, an avenger to execute wrath on him who practices evil. 5 Therefore you must be subject, not only because of wrath but also for conscience’ sake. 6 For because of this you also pay taxes, for they are God’s ministers attending continually to this very thing. 7 Render therefore to all their due: taxes to whom taxes are due, customs to whom customs, fear to whom fear, honor to whom honor.
I am fairly certain none of us take Romans 13 to mean that everyone should always do everything a policeman tells them to do, no matter what.
Or that we should always do what the mayor says to do. Or what the law says to do.
So what exactly does this all mean?
