Not to me it wasn't no. Children being hit on the head doesn't strike me as funny no matter how 'annoying' they are and this girl was just doing what many would with a laptop at that age. I actually cringed when I saw her hit and her squeal as a result of the contact. If you found that funny then hey ho. Good for you I guess.
