I'd recommend my routine-"Stair Stepper" Suzanne Sommers video, followed by a jog to my local "Quick Trip," for some Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, and a 6 pack.
:chuckle:Update-the Cardinals are still in last place, and have not won a game, all season.
Saint John W., and the "W" is for "waffling/fair weather" fan.

Cleaver isn't much better at 7.42 down at AAA Bellview.
Yeh, but his IUYTHGRTDFJLKKAWOL is low.
saint John S. W, and the "S" stands for "Sabermetrics."
That's true, saint john.
Cleaver's ERA is 0.74 in the 4th inning with two outs after he has taken 3 sips of Gatorade.
