What did Christ say?
Mat 5:16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.
Mat 5:17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfill.
Mat 5:18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
Mat 5:19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

Heb 10:16 This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them;
Heb 10:17 And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more.

The Greek word translated “rest” in every other verse throughout Hebrews 3 and 4 is katapausis. But the word translated “rest” in Hebrews 4:9 is sabbatismos. The Aramaic English New Testament points that out in is notes. It would take me an hour or two to copy them for you. I trust the Hebrew/Aramaic over the Greek friend.

They were keeping the Sabbath...as it IS a shadow notice the present tense...not past tense "was"...

However Paul (?) wrote to Hebrews in Greek or?

And here rather than merely rest which Greek has a word for he brought in a word of Hebrew root origin intending something more than merely rest but Sabbath keeping...

Is why so many other translations include Sabbath rest...

Nope, originals were in Hebrew and mostly Aramaic a form of Hebrew.
I also have in my library over thirty Greek to English translation to compare.

And leaves you stumbling and fumbling with

Yes, there are some who find the message of the cross is foolishness...

Even at the cross the Sabbath was kept...as part of its message

He died...they hurried to prepare for the Sabbath and in it He rested and rose and was refreshed...ready for the first fruits festival the following morning...

lolo I hate to have to say this. But you have some kind of mental problem You make up things, you lie, you use the old testament, you use gross exaggerations. And you never hear what someone says to you. All you have is the wrong evidence. With all the true evidence that has been shown you anyone else will know that they have failed. Your an idiot so that doesn't register with you. That is why I say you have a mental problem.

Why was the Sabbath changed from Saturday to Sunday?
