I think graven images can be automobiles..... a diploma on your wall...your family..... your wardrobe.... or even the ring on your finger. Any of those things can be good. But, when they occupy a higher importance in our life than God, they have become an idol.

Rings are like a gateway drug...given to Aaron to make even greater abominations...


Make no image...worship none made...

Be careful that you don’t defile yourselves by making an image...

The prohibitions is clear...if “extreme”...

Tattoos included...

It’s not what goes in or on the temple that makes it unclean but that the temple thinks it ok to do so and choices to do so...reveals its inner prior defilement
