Fiction eh?
Do you want some good fiction?
How about this:
“The law was a shadow and was done away with...
...all days are holy eat whatever you want”
Pretty good eh? But shhhh...
Don’t tell anyone because most think it’s true
I think it’s a plagiarism
From what Jews said:
That Jesus changed the customs Moses delivered...
Moses taught the old law with the rules and regulations. Those things were a shadow of Jesus.
Jesus came and fulfilled the law and the Prophets.
Jesus made a New Covenant, and it was based on having faith in him.
His New Covenant was about repenting of sins AND PROVING you repented of your sins by what you do.
It is about humbling yourself as a child and doing everything Jesus says to do.
The new law was about forgiving others in order to be forgiven.
It includes not getting married and divorced three times; not taking an eye for an eye, tooth for tooth.
It is about showing mercy.
It is about not being a hypocrite and about obeying.
It is about not hating or even staying mad at another, or lusting in your heart.
It is about not doing the purification works any more to clean yourself and atone for your own soul.
It is about Jesus doing the cleaning for you, just by you believing that his blood washes away the sins you repent of doing.
The special days were all about Jesus; and Jesus came so no more need to observe special days.
No more need to get circumcised in the flesh as a sign, for the Holy Spirit is the sign in the New Covenant.
No need to be clean by what you eat and drink and various external washings, for Jesus washes us by our obedience to his word.
No need to go to the high priests, because Jesus is the High Priest now.
No more sacrificing animals, for Jesus is the Sacrificial Lamb once and for all.
No need to go to the temple to be near God's Spirit, for we become the temple of His Spirit.
So you think that is the the same things exactly that Moses taught without any changes?
