A few that come to mind immediately are the Trinity, the Incarnation of Christ, and the content of the biblical Canon. If you're a Christian, you hold to all three, yet none is found explicitly in the Bible. In fact, the canon of Scripture is contained nowhere in the Bible itself.[/FONT]
The Cannon is about knowing which writings one needs, so the scriptures don't get polluted with other writings. The Jews knew the value of the revised Christian [canon], and made their own.

As to the trinity doctrine, it isn't unique, and it's Egyptian, though the flesh isn't the primary one of the christian triad, rather the father is. Even the incarnation was the product of early reincarnation-based Gnosticism. Later the gnostic Valentinus thought of Christ as an avatar incarnating from divine matter, into subdivine matter.

:darwinsm:... Wow, "Other" is definitely accurate.

You can address anything you want just as Satan addressed topics he wanted but as God speaks quite plainly against what Satan addresses, He rebukes and refutes everything you link and think concerning this.
...according to the assumptions and opinions that you have derived from your preferred recently-invented, man-made non-Catholic sect, anyway. However, I will take the authoritative teachings of Christ's one historic Church over the opinions of your chosen man-made sect any day.

Here is a pop quiz: *Look at these two pictures: *

Based on what you see in these two pictures, and only on what is seen in these pictures, please explain to us how a non-Catholic not properly educated in the doctrines and traditions of the RCC can tell the difference between those worshiping the golden calf and those venerating Mary.

"You shall not bow down to them or serve them." - Holy Spirit, Exodus 20:5
in this verse "bow down" is "Shachah". Some English translations use serve or worship after the OR for a different word from the original Hebrew text. I've included here the KJV, which is also the same for the Hebrew English OT and Young's Translation. They all translate "Shachah" which is a different word though as "bow down" as that is its meaning. God says, not to BOW DOWN or SERVE (2 different words, 2 different actions)the images which RCC does in disobedience to God and you even defend disobedience to God which is like the sin of divination.

The thesaurus gives these synonyms for worship: adulate, honor, glorify, edify, deify. The Greek word most often translated "worship" is proskuneo, meaning "to kiss, make obeisance, reverence." Strong's defines it as "to fawn or crouch to, i.e. (literally or figuratively) prostrate oneself in homage (do reverence to, adore)." The picture of being prostrate or bowed down is often associated with worship.

In the Old Testament, the Hebrew word for "worship" is shachah, defined as "to depress, i.e. prostrate (especially reflexive, in homage to royalty or God)." This word is also translated in the Authorized Version as "bow down, crouch, fall down, humbly beseech, do obeisance, do reverence, make to stoop, worship."

You do not obey God, nor do you obey nor follow Jesus' one true ekklesia. Rather you promote disobedience to God which is the sin of divination. Repent and turn to God.

The trinity? Wrong! (as usual)

Just another pagan tradition of old which the RCC engrafted into their religion along with all the rest of their man made doctrines and traditions.

"The Catholic Church copied the concept of the Ancient Pagan Trinity."

Here are some of the pagan triads.

Here you reveal yourself to be not only a liar (Prov. 19:5), but straightforwardly non-Christian (Lk. 10:16). You are a patented unbeliever, and your opinions here mean exactly nothing.

Just a sidenote: do you happen to know any background on why the hit by Coldplay 'When I Ruled The World' uses the papal imagery in the video production?
