What these liberals fail to realize is that the 2nd Amendment is intended to prevent government regulations on arms. It is for the prevention of tyranny. That means it is untouchable by the Supreme Court.

The only way liberals are going to overturn it is if they do it the integral, American way and get a 75% vote by the states and congress.
Like that will ever happen

Kind of vague, because there are many forms of mental illness; and not all lead to violence. Personally I am not very trusting of others judgement. It could be misused as a tool to take guns out of the public's hands, period. Naturally we would not want violent mentally ill people to have guns. As for those who would use a gun to end their lives, they would find another way.
