In Pennsylvania, taunting a police dog is a 3rd degree felony. So is exposing yourself to children, and possessing child pornography.

But a woman can have her baby dismembered if the baby is going to be inconvenient.

What about them? They get crushed by many other teams, including before the "merger".

If Bradshaw didn't leave the game do to an injury in the first half, there wouldn't be an undefeated 1972 Dolphins.

Heading into the game, the Steelers had given up just 15 points total in their previous four games, which included the first round win against Oakland. That was the game that had the Immaculate Reception.

The 1972 Dolphins escaped with a 21-17 win in that AFC Championship Game, and later that night Roberto Clemente died in a plane crash.

December 31, 1972 is by far the most painful day in Pittsburgh sports history.

Yes.

She can even let the abortion provider sell different parts of the baby for research.

But if you bark at a police dog, it's a 3rd degree felony.

We live in a society where dogs are held to a higher standard than human life.

But you have to admit, it was kinda funny that Vick was on the field when this happened.

I remember my dad and grandpap being really sad, almost in shock. I was only 8 years old.

They were upset the Steelers lost, but then when Clemente died, it was almost too much to handle.

Just two months earlier, the Pirates blew a 3-2 lead in the bottom of the 9th to the Reds in the final game of the series of the NLCS, and lost 4-3. That turned out to be Clemente's last game. The Pirates had won the World Series the previous year (1971)

Then two months later the Immaculate Reception happened, and the whole city was on Cloud-9.

Then one week later, the Steelers lost the AFC Championship Game, and Clemente died on the same day.

It was a bizarre time.

BTW, my wife is in St. Louis until Friday. She is worried about the tornado warnings.

We have blue skies in the StL today. The front has passed. Yesterday it was cloudy dark at times but the hail and severe weather never materialized. Mother nature is saving it for Cleveland.

I think Denver's run will end at the playoff game before the Super Bowl. I/m a die hard Bronco fan since their inception, but they can't seem to get past that point.

There was a meltdown on sports radio here this morning following the game. Nothing like consistent losing/mediocrity to bring out the worst in sports fans.

Well there you have it, they shot themselves in the foot and gave it to KC :mmph: They have started their downward spiral ... But I'm still a Broncos fan win or lose.

The Broncos are in very good shape even if Manning sits a lot the next few weeks to save him for the playoffs. They are solid. In fact, his quickly deteriorating health is probably their biggest concern.

I will say this, if I was a bookie in Vegas and someone asked me for a recommendation this week my reply would be: "If Tiger Woods can stay out of the penalty box, I think he can win it by a touchdown at the top of the 9th."
