What a True Believer believes about God !

What a True Believer believes about God !

One of the Characteristics of a True Believer is they have the firm belief in the Sovereignty of God over all things. They have been taught of God that all things in this world works according to the counsel of His own will Eph 1:11

11 In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will:

This includes, all people, places, things ! James 4:15

15 For that ye ought to say, If the Lord will, we shall live, and do this, or that.

Such a one has a deep seated understanding that God works all things [in Grace and Providence] after the counsel of His own will; Also to such ones applies 1 Jn 5:14

14 And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:

Because they understand this Dan 4:35

And all the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing: and he doeth according to his will in the army of heaven, and among the inhabitants of the earth: and none can stay his hand, or say unto him, What doest thou?

But Prayer of this sort 1 Jn 5:14 is obsolete if we do not believe that God governs all things according to His own Will !

2 Thess 2:16 Given Hope !

2 Thess 2:16 Given Hope !

2 Thess 2:16

16 Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God, even our Father, which hath loved us, and hath given us everlasting consolation and good hope through grace,

Before a True Believer ever comes to believe or comes to Faith, God was their Father and He Loved them, and for that cause He gave them, not offer, but gave them everlasting consolation and good hope through grace. This hope is that hope Peter writes of 1 Pet 1:3

3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,

Which comes through the New Birth, which springs from the Resurrection of Christ from the dead !

The Truth of Representation is Gospel Truth !

The Truth of Representation is Gospel Truth !

Rom 5:19

19 For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.

In the greek its the many οἱ
πολλοί

meaning all for whom Adam represented in his headship, they were made sinners and that experimentally, they must be born into the world as sinners because of their being represented in adam.

Then Paul says So which means οὕτως so, in this manner.

The many οἱ πολλοί meaning all for whom Christ represented in His Headship [His Church, His Body] they shall be made Righteous, and that also experimentally, they must be born again in this world because of their being represented by Christ.

By the definite article preceding many both times, its denoting a definite many, in fact the same many, which is the Church. We know Christ is only the Head of the Church, His Body ! Eph 5:23

For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the Saviour of the body.

You see, if all those adam represented effected their experimental sinnership, that they must be born sinners, and if all Christ represented do not have by Him effected experimental Righteousness by being born again, then adam's headship was more effective in producing results than Christ's Headship was, which gives adam the preeminence over Christ. That's False teaching and a False Gospel !

The Truth of Representation is Gospel Truth ! 2

The Truth of Representation is Gospel Truth ! 2

Its only when we understand the Gospel of Representation that we understand who it is Christ died and rose for. In fact without this understanding there would be no God Honoring motive for water baptism at all.. That's right, if we do not believe that Christ's Death alone is what saved us, then our water baptism is meaningless. For what water baptism symbolizes was that all for whom Christ died, He died as their Representative and they were in union with Him, as they were in union with adam in the purpose of God, and this so much that when Christ was Crucified, they were Crucified [ Rom 6:6;Gal 2:20], when He died, they died [ 2 Cor 5:14-15], when He was buried, they were buried with Him [Rom 6:4], and when He rose, they rose with Him [Rom 6:4;Eph 2:6;Col 2:12;3:1] and that's their Salvation, Justification which was evidenced by His Resurrection, Representing them for whom He died and they died with Him, now risen with Him as Justified and made to walk in the Newness of Life, and that is what True Christian Baptism meant in the days of the Apostles, it was founded upon the Gospel of Representation Rom 5:12ff

By nature A child of wrath even as others !

By nature A child of wrath even as others !

Eph 2:3

3 Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.

The Elect of God, those Chosen in Christ Eph 1:4 are born by nature as others a child of wrath, however that does not mean they were born condemned, or with being charged with sin, or under God's Wrath as others, simply because God's Wrath for them has been already spent on Christ, and He is 1000 % satisfied for them, by Christ's Blood.

So what does it mean that by nature they are children of wrath as others ? It simply means they are by nature children worthy of wrath as others are, or that they are ungodly sinners by nature as others are, the difference being the others shall receive of God's Wrath Eph 5:6

Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience.

But for them, and for the same kin of sins, God's Mercy comes upon them.

Its impossible for anyone Christ died for, to be at any time under God's Wrath as Per Jn 3:36

36 He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.

Those here under God's Wrath, even though unbelievers, cannot be anyone Christ died for, because those He died for, while they are unbelievers, they have been reconciled to God by Christ's Death. Rom 5:10

10 For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.

Now as they were enemies, they were as others children of wrath, and ungodly, but instead of being under God's wrath, they have been reconciled to God, into His Favor.

If any Christ died for are at anytime under God's Wrath for sin, even unbelief, it means Christ's death for them meant nothing to God for them, and its merits have been set aside !

Faith or Believing is a Work !

Faith or Believing is a Work !

Jn 8:39

They answered and said unto him, Abraham is our father. Jesus saith unto them, If ye were Abraham's children, ye would do the works of Abraham.

Faith, or Believing God are the Works of Abraham.

For the example of Abraham as a Father is Faith, walking in Faith.

Rom 4:12

And the father of circumcision to them who are not of the circumcision only, but who also walk in the steps of that faith of our father Abraham, which he had being yet uncircumcised.

The One Mediator The Man Christ Jesus !

The One Mediator The Man Christ Jesus !

1 Tim 2:5

5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;

Before the World Began, Christ Jesus Head and Mediator had a Manhood, hence we read 1 Tim 2:5. This Christ Jesus the Mediator Man did not originate or come from Mary, for this Man Mediator Christ Jesus is referred to here 2 Tim 1:9

Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began,

and which those Chosen in Him were given Grace in Him before the world began.

No the Mediator Manhood Christ had before the World Began was not that which He grew into after the Virgin Birth, for that manhood was in the likeness of sinful flesh, whereas the Mediator Manhood before the World Began was strictly a Heavenly, Spiritual and Glorious One.It is one that had communicated Glory From the Father which He obviously alluded to here Jn 17:5

5 And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was.

And Paul points to it here Phil 2:5-6

5 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:

6 Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:

Christ Jesus in this Mediator Manhood, which also is His Sonship, did not come out of Mary, but out of His Father, this He speaks to here Jn 16:28-30

28 I came forth from the Father, and am come into the world: again, I leave the world, and go to the Father.

29 His disciples said unto him, Lo, now speakest thou plainly, and speakest no proverb.

30 Now are we sure that thou knowest all things, and needest not that any man should ask thee: by this we believe that thou camest forth from God.

The word from here in Vs 30 is apo means:

of separation

a) of local separation, after verbs of motion from a place i.e. of departing, of fleeing, ...

b) of separation of a part from the whole

1) where of a whole some part is taken

c) of any kind of separation of one thing from another by which the union or fellowship of the two is destroyed

d) of a state of separation, that is of distance

1) physical, of distance of place

2) temporal, of distance of time

2) of origin

a) of the place whence anything is, comes, befalls, is taken

b) of origin of a cause

Its translated out of to origin, The disciples of His has believed that He came out of God ! That He was separated out of Him.

God the Father is the Sole Origin of His Mediator Sonship as the Man Mediator.

Notice He says I came forth from the Father, this speaks of ancient generation from the Father before the World Began Prov 8:24-25

24 When there were no depths, I was brought forth; when there were no fountains abounding with water.

25 Before the mountains were settled, before the hills was I brought forth:

Then He says, He came into the World, now this was by means of the virgin birth, and by this He humbled Himself to be made in the LIKENESS of sinful flesh, and took on the form of a servant Phil 2:7 and Rom 8:3.

Its a mistake to conclude that Christ Jesus as the Mediator Man 1 Tim 2:5 originated out of Mary, even though it is accurate to say that His Manhood made in the Likeness of sinful flesh did.

Under Grace !

Under Grace !

Rom 6:14

14 For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.

The most common understanding of this verse is that it pertains to believers only, yes it does apply to believers, but it applies to them while they are not believers and even while they are enemies. One reason why this is True is because even when believers are enemies by nature they have already been reconciled to God by the Death of His Son Rom 5:10

10 For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.

That word reconciled is the greek word katallassō and means:

to change, exchange, as coins for others of equivalent value

a) to reconcile (those who are at variance)

b) return to favour with, be reconciled to one

c) to receive one into favour

This reconciliation puts them in a state of Favor which is God's Grace. The word grace charis is also translated favor See Lk 1:30.

So even while believers are in a unregenerate state, they are in or under Favor or Grace with God, for that is a benefit for having Christ die for you. This being given Grace is True for all whom Christ died because they were given Grace in Christ before the world began. So whenever one Christ died for is born into the world a sinner, as a child of wrath as others, they are still born under Grace, in fact by that Grace given them before the world began, they are also saved by it,Paul's point in 2 Tim 1:9; and in that Purpose and Grace given them before the world began, they being born sinners re already saved by it. The elect, those Christ died for, even as unbelievers are not under the Law of God, in fact they are dead to it by the Body of Christ Rom 7:4

4 Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ; that ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God.

The bible never teaches that one is dead to the law by their act of Faith or believing, but by the Body of Christ which means by His Death, because by it alone He redeemed everyone He died for from the curse of the Law, being made a curse for them Gal 3:13

13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:

An inheritance incorruptible !

An inheritance incorruptible !

1 Pet 1:3-4

3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,

4 To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you,

This inheritance as pointed out in 1 Pet 1:4 has been reserved for God's People from the foundation of the World Matt 25:34

34 Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:

Now the word for inheritance in 1 Pet 1:4 is the word klēronomia and means:

an inheritance, property received (or to be received) by inheritance

2) what is given to one as a possession

a) the eternal blessedness of the consummated kingdom of God which is to be expected after the visible return of Christ

b) the share which an individual will have in that eternal blessedness

The word also means:

one who receives by lot, an heir

a) an heir

b) in Messianic usage, one who receives his allotted possession by right of sonship

2) one who has acquired or obtained the portion allotted to him

Both 1 Pet 1:4 and Matt 25:34 are the same thing. Now understand this, this Inheritance was never at anytime one which would be inherited through adam, we know this because from the beginning adam was corruptible, and God would be foolish to promise an Incorruptible Inheritance for His People by means of a corruptible man such as adam.An Incorruptible Inheritance comes through Union with an Incorruptible Being or Heir, that being the Lord Jesus Christ. As Creator He [Christ] was Heir of all things Heb 1:2

2 Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;

In fact 1 Pet 1:3 gives us to know how the Joint Heirs with Christ are made meet for their incorruptible Inheritance, which is by means of being begotten again by the Resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead;for this was purposed before adam was even thought about [ I say that to only amplify this point] For God had Purposed to give His Heirs the Incorruptible Inheritance by means of the Person and Work of His Son the Lord Jesus Christ; and because of that the Heirs must be born out of Incorruptible Seed 1 Pet 1:23

23 Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.

Which never could have been through Adam, whom God created in time corruptible.

Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin.

Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin.

Rom 4:8

8 Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin.

Or whom the Lord will not charge with sin.

This blessedness belongs to all men whatsoever that Christ has died for, because all their sins were imputed or charged to Him, thus God does not charge or impute them again upon them, that's unjust.

Now with this in mind, its impossible for those whom Jesus warns here Jn 8:24

24 I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins.

hence the obvious and reasonable conclusion is, those whom never come to savingly believe on Christ, they were never one of those blessed ones of Rom 4:8

8 Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin.

For its impossible for any to die in any sins who God never charged with any ! That's why they are blessed.

Those whom its possible for them to die in their sins, means that Christ did not die for them, nor were their sins included with them whose sins were charged to Him 1 Pet 2:24

24 Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.

These here in 1 Pet 2:24 are synonymous with those of Rom 4:8 as well as those of 2 Cor 5:19.

But those of Jn 8:24 are not included, because they are in imminent danger of dying in their sins. One does not believe because Christ did not die for their sins as He did His Sheep which do believe Jn 10:26

26 But ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep, as I said unto you.

All God's Sheep are blessed even while unbelievers, because even then, God does not charge them with their sins against Him.

Paul was Converted in Rom 7 and why !

Paul was Converted in Rom 7 and why !

Rom 7:25

I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then with the mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin.

Notice what Paul says here, with the Mind I myself serve the Law of God. Folks this is something that could not be even possible for anyone that is not Born Again. Now why ? First of all anyone not Born Again is in the Flesh, there are Two separate births in the economy of Salvation, that of the Flesh and that of the Spirit Per Christs own words Jn 3:6-7

6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.

Now if one has not been born again as in Vs 7 then we are only in the birth of the flesh.

Now Lets look at Rom 8:7-8

7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.

8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.

The carnal mind is the only mind one has who has not been born again.

The word carnal is the greek word sarx and is mostly translated flesh.

Now the carnal mind is a enmity with the Law of God and is not subject to it at all, so how could Paul have possible served the Law with his mind while unregenerate ? He could not have, it would have been impossible.

When Paul says that with his Mind He serves the Law of God, That word serve means "Yield obedience to"

So Paul is converted to God by New Birth when writing this chapter 7 in Rom.

It is the Gift of God !

It is the Gift of God !

When in spiritual matters, a thing is said to be the Gift of God as Per Rom 6:23 ; Eph 2:8.As a Gift it cannot be become a matter of condition; In other words, it's a Gift if you do something to make it ones Gift. For instance,Eph 2:8 informs us that Salvation by Grace through Faith is the Gift of God, but false teachers will lie and tell us by this verse that faith is an condition man must meet and perform to get saved by Grace. Now that's false teaching and perverts the Gracious Gift of Faith, which accompanies Salvation, into a meritorious act of man o gain Salvation, even though they deny it. Also Eternal Life is the Gift of God Per Rom 6:23 through Jesus Christ, but again this has been perverted as to say, if one first accepts Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour, then and then only is Eternal Life the Gift of God.

However the Gift of God in these Spiritual matters is that which is Given or communicated unto one as so that the one comes into possession of the Gift or Benefit of that which has been given. Its not merely offered or made available but bestowed upon them.

The old covenant was God's Law written on tablets of stone. The new covenant is God's law written on our hearts.
But if the ministration of death, written, and engraven on stones, came with glory, so that the children of Israel could not look stedfastly upon the face of Moses for the glory of his face; which glory was passing away: 8how shall not rather the ministration of the spirit be with glory? 9For if the ministration of condemnation hath glory, much rather doth the ministration of righteousness exceed in glory. 10For verily that which hath been made glorious hath not been made glorious in this respect, by reason of the glory that surpasseth. 11For if that which passeth away was with glory, much more that which remaineth is in glory. 2 Cor 3

It is the Gift of God !2

It is the Gift of God !2

Also Eternal Life is the Gift of God through Jesus Christ Rom 6:23

23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

But again this has been perverted as to say, if one accepts Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour, then and only then is Eternal Life to one the Gift of God.

However, a Gift of God in a Spiritual matter is that which is given or communicated unto one as so that one comes into experimental possession of the Gift of Benefit which has been given. Its a Gift because its experienced just as the wages of death was experienced as something given them because of or through Adam.

They are His Sheep !

They are His Sheep !

2 Tim 2:19

19 Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.

Those that are His that He knows, they are His Sheep. Remember Jesus said Jn 10:14

14 I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine.

So the imperative is to those sheep He is knowing [opposite to those He never knew as here Matt 7:23] Let them depart from iniquity; and its not an option, but they shall be caused to do it by His Redemptive Work which redeems them from it all Titus 2:14

14 Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.

The iniquity they shall depart from is primarily false religion, false doctrines and teachings, like that in vs 16-18 f 2 Tim 2:16-18

16 But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness.

17 And their word will eat as doth a canker: of whom is Hymenaeus and Philetus;

18 Who concerning the truth have erred, saying that the resurrection is past already; and overthrow the faith of some.

And they do depart from the iniquity of false teachings by God granting them repentance to the acknowledgment of the Truth 2 Tim 2:25-26

25 In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth;

26 And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will.

Now all for whom Christ died, His own Sheep that He knows Jn 10:14-15,they shall be Granted Repentance Acts 5:18;11:18 because they are His Sheep.

The Kingdom of Christ is Now !

The Kingdom of Christ is Now !

Col 1:13

13 Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:

The Kingdom of Christ is Now and not in the future except for its appearing and manifestation 2 Tim 4:1

I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom;

However it is in actual existence NOW at present, its just not of this world as Jesus said Jn 18:36

Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence.

Paul taught it here Col 1:13-14

13 Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:

14 In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:

All who are redeemed by His Blood are birthed into His Kingdom or enter into His Kingdom, we enter it by Birth Jn 3:3

Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

John writes Rev 1:5-6

5 And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood,

6 And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

The word kings properly means Kingdom, its the word basileia:

kingship, sovereignty, authority, rule, especially of God, both in the world, and in the hearts of men; hence: kingdom, in the concrete sense.

Some parallel translations read:

ASV 6 and he made us to be a kingdom, to be priests unto his God and Father; to him be the glory and the dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

Now that's a Kingdom Now, not in the future !

AMP 6 And formed us into a kingdom (a royal race), priests to His God and Father—to Him be the glory and the power and the majesty and the dominion throughout the ages and forever and ever. Amen (so be it).

CJB 6 who has caused us to be a kingdom, that is, cohanim for God, his Father — to him be the glory and the rulership forever and ever. Amen.

ESV
6 and made us a kingdom, priests to his God and Father, to him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.

Now if He made us a Kingdom, then His Kingdom now exists with those He made of us a Kingdom to God. Afterwards John says in Vs 9

9 I John, who also am your brother, and companion in tribulation, and in the kingdom and patience of Jesus Christ, was in the isle that is called Patmos, for the word of God, and for the testimony of Jesus Christ.

In the greek the definite article the modifies Kingdom, Tribulation and patience or its that he was in the kingdom, patience, and tribulations of Jesus Christ. In the world ye shall have tribulations Jesus said of His subjects.

The Kingdom of Christ which He sets upon His Throne and rules His People is Spiritual and its in Us if we belong to it. Lk 17:21

Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.

Again the word Kingdom basileia means:

kingship, sovereignty, authority, rule, especially of God, both in the world, and in the hearts of men; hence: kingdom, in the concrete sense.

And this Kingdom will become a Physical Manifestation at His Coming 2 Tim 4:1

I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom;

Christ's stripes heals and converts.

Christ's stripes heals and converts.

Isa 6:10

10 Make the heart of this people fat, and make their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and convert, and be healed.

To see with the eyes [spiritually] to hear with the ears [spiritually] to understand with the heart [spiritually] and convert [spiritually] and be healed

These are all spiritual activities that would evidence one being healed by the stripes of Christ 1 Pet 2:24

24 Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.

Now if a man does those things in order to get healed, see spiritually, and hear spiritually, and understand with the heart spiritually, and convert themselves spiritually,

Then they were healed by themselves before Christ healed them, yes they were already not spiritually blind, already not spiritually deaf, already not spiritually without understanding and etc, so they already saved themselves before Christ did.

That's what's believed today in organized religion.

The Sovereign God does cause men to believe Lies !

The Sovereign God does cause men to believe Lies !

God does cause men to believe Lies ! 1 Kings 22:21-23

21 And there came forth a spirit, and stood before the Lord, and said, I will persuade him.

22 And the Lord said unto him, Wherewith? And he said, I will go forth, and I will be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets. And he said, Thou shalt persuade him, and prevail also: go forth, and do so.

23 Now therefore, behold, the Lord hath put a lying spirit in the mouth of all these thy prophets, and the Lord hath spoken evil concerning thee.

Yes, because lying spirits are directed by Him to serve His Purpose. Those who believe doctrines of devils or demons do so according to God's Sovereign will 1 Tim 4:1

Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;

That's also why many shall believe Lies 2 Thess 2:11-12

11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:

12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

God does not send them a strong delusion for just a temporary, but it is that they in the end might be damned or condemned as in 1 Cor 11:32

32 But when we are judged, we are chastened of the Lord, that we should not be condemned with the world.

God takes personal responsibility for deceiving a person Ezk 14:9

9 And if the prophet be deceived when he hath spoken a thing, I the Lord have deceived that prophet, and I will stretch out my hand upon him, and will destroy him from the midst of my people Israel.
