Act 10:38 How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.

That I do in your eyes. One is a spirit like the Father, the other is a Man like us. Both are creations, Get out of the box your in and study with an open mind, do not assume anything.

You say there is a son of God named Christ, and a different son of God named Jesus.

LOL LOL

Yes that is true, one is a spirit, one is flesh.

The English translations of the Greek text before the King James version of 1611 actually read this way: (notice Him and He are now "It").

Tyndale 1534:
Joh 1:1 In the beginnynge was the worde and the worde was with God: and the worde was God. 2 The same was in the beginnynge with God. 3 All thinges were made by it and with out it was made nothinge that was made. 4 In it was lyfe and the lyfe was ye lyght of men

Bishops 1568:
Joh 1:1 In the begynnyng was the worde, & the worde was with God: and that worde was God. 2 The same was in the begynnyng with God. 3 All thynges were made by it: and without it, was made nothyng that was made. 4 In it was lyfe, and the lyfe was the lyght of men,

Geneva 1587:
Joh 1:1 In the beginning was that Word, and that Word was with God, and that Word was God. 2 This same was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made by it, and without it was made nothing that was made. 4 In it was life, and that life was the light of men.

And now our modern Concordant Literal Version:
Joh 1:1 In the beginning was the word, and the word was toward God, and God was the word. " 2 This was in the beginning toward God. 3 All came into being through it, and apart from it not even one thing came into being which has come into being." 4 In it was life, and the life was the light of men."

What is the "IT"?

True JR, we finely found something to agree on.

No idea what you're talking about.

But scripture itself has been changed by the early translators.

No, Keypurr, it hasn't, not in the way you are trying to assert.

They had different thoughts and added them to the originals.

No, Keypurr, they didn't.

For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily; and you are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power.

Note: there is NOTHING left out if The Fullness of The Godhead dwells in Him. We are anointed with His Presence, but Jesus, being God, in The Flesh, carried the fullness: everything that God is was always, is and always will be in Him.

You're, a pagan. You're a practitioner of a novel paganism invented sometime in the last few hundred years, basing itself on the Lord Jesus's Catholic Church, in order to avoid His pastorate the episcopacy that He and His Apostles including St. Paul instituted, established, and administrated. You're not "going to hell" if you believe in Him, but you are in the wrong "church". Your view is distorted, and you're arrogant about it.
I believe in Jesus. That's enough for Him and it's enough for me. That is how Christianity came to be called such. Christians were called just that: little Christs. We are living epistles. Your phony church was invented centuries later and has strayed from Truth from day one (IMHO). There's no reason in this day and age for men to bow to statues. None. There's no reason to wear the clown suits that cardinals or popes appear in. There's more than enough reasons to stop such archaic practices which merely chase sinners away from Christ. If you don't understand that then you're not just silly, you're also ignorant. God doesn't bless people with ignorance, He blesses with wisdom. Seek Him. He'll give it to you. All you'll ever get from men is their approval; which, in that case: is all the reward you'll EVER receive. He isn't looking for a church building, He's looking for a victorious bride, clothed in His Righteousness, having overcome all the enemies on this third rock. If you're not stomping on the enemy's head because you're too busy attempting to put your foot on the neck of those who actually believe His Word, you're less than a pagan, you're demonically inspired. If you have the ability to ask God to show you Truth, He will. Unless you do so, you will be lost, forever. Professing faith in Christ doesn't get you into Heaven, believing in Him does. You demonstrate that you don't believe in Him by ignoring Truth and attempting to cloud the issue with man-made nonsense that doesn't come from God's Holy Word. Your false religion has done a GREAT job of brainwashing you. Sorry, but that's the truth, the way I see it.

So you do not accept the scripture in post #82?

Christ was sent by his God, not on his own accord.

Col 1:15+ tells you IT was given the power of his creator. The first of all CREATION. IT/HE is the FORM of God in Phil 2. A form of God is not God, it is a creation.
There is only one God, see John 17:3.

Disagree all you wish JR, but your wrong.

Saying it doesn't make it so.

So you do not accept the scripture in post #82?

What, you mean this one?

Therefore concerning the eating of things offered to idols, we know that an idol is nothing in the world, and that there is no other God but one.For even if there are so-called gods, whether in heaven or on earth (as there are many gods and many lords),yet for us there is one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we for Him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, through whom are all things, and through whom we live. - 1 Corinthians 8:4-6 http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=1Corinthians8:4-6&version=NKJV

Of course we accept it. Why wouldn't we?

Christ was sent by his God, not on his own accord.

So Jesus Christ (one Person) didn't have a say in the matter?

Col 1:15+ tells you IT

Do you deny that Jesus Christ is a Person?

was given the power of his creator.

Do you assert that God shares his power and glory with others?

The first of all CREATION.

You shouldn't change what the Bible says.

IT/HE is the FORM of God

If something is the express (exact, precise) image of someone else, then for all intents and purposes, he IS that someone else.

In other words, Jesus is God.

in Phil 2.

What, you mean your confused understanding of that chapter?

A form of God is not God,

It is when talking about God's form.

Jesus was in God's form.

That means HE IS GOD.

it is a creation.

Before God created man, God designed an image (what the human body looks like, that's the image He made) for the Son to dwell in, and then created man in that image.

There is only one God,

No trinitarian disagrees that there is only one God.

So what's your point?

see John 17:3.

You mean the verse found in this passage?

Jesus spoke these words, lifted up His eyes to heaven, and said: [JESUS]“Father, the hour has come. Glorify Your Son, that Your Son also may glorify You,as You have given Him authority over all flesh, that He should give eternal life to as many as You have given Him.And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.I have glorified You on the earth. I have finished the work which You have given Me to do.And now, O Father, glorify Me together with Yourself, with the glory which I had with You before the world was.[/JESUS] - John 17:1-5 http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=John17:1-5&version=NKJV

That verse?

I will let you return to your class about milk.

Pride goes before destruction, And a haughty spirit before a fall.Better to be of a humble spirit with the lowly, Than to divide the spoil with the proud. - Proverbs 16:18-19 http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Proverbs16:18-19&version=NKJV

Let no one deceive himself. If anyone among you seems to be wise in this age, let him become a fool that he may become wise. For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, “He catches the wise in their own craftiness”;and again, “The Lord knows the thoughts of the wise, that they are futile.” - 1 Corinthians 3:18-20 http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=1Corinthians3:18-20&version=NKJV

Whoever loves instruction loves knowledge, But he who hates correction is stupid. - Proverbs 12:1 http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Proverbs12:1&version=NKJV

Why do you hate correction, Keypurr?

I'm just making it clear so that all you Noncatholic Christians know your status. You are all pagans, one of a multitude of new paganisms invented since the 1500s, where your God is our God, He is God, you've got the right God, and that does set you apart from all the other paganisms who worship some other deity besides God. You're Christian pagans, Christian idolaters. You are our brethren, but we are separated.

Fact is that the Lord Jesus built a Church, one Church, and she is spoken of many times in the New Testament (not the "church in the wilderness" that trolls like to play like it's a card up their sleeve), and both secular and Church history records what has happened to this one Church in the intervening centuries between now and the Resurrection of Christ.

The Apostles were themselves and they created bishops, to oversee the Church. 1st and 2nd Timothy and Titus are NT books that were actually addressed to first generation bishops by the Apostle St. Paul, so we both read about bishops in books like Acts and in Peter's epistles where he addresses them, calling them there "elders", and we get to read what was written to just them, and not to the Church in general like other epistles. We know from Scripture that the consecration of a bishop was done by current bishops, through the imposition of their hands, and that the Apostles made bishops in this way. Timothy and Titus were made bishops by the imposition of Paul's hands. This process of bishops creating new bishops has gone on continually from the Apostolic era onward, and is still done today, by bishops who were created in the same tradition, by the same means, as those in the first century and in every century since then.

This pastorate of bishop, this office (cf. 1st Timothy 3:1), was instituted by the Apostles, and it exists to this day, in both Catholicism and in Orthodoxy, both traditions tracing their root to the Apostolic era. If you aren't under a bishop that was created in this same, biblical tradition, then you are a pagan, aka a Protestant in particular, you protest the office of a bishop that the Apostles instituted to oversee the one Church that the Lord Jesus built.

Upon Peter.

Just so you know where you stand. Your paganism may not allow it, but you are a sheep, and you have a Shepherd, and He has a fold for you, and you are outside the fold that He built for you.

All of you. Just so you know.
