5 And seeing the multitudes, He went up on a mountain, and when He was seated His disciples came to Him.

Does anyone want to comment on Matthew 5:1?

Jesus saw the multitudes, went up on a mountain, sat down, and the disciples came to Him.

What can we learn from this verse?

Matthew 5:6 New King James Version (NKJV)

6 Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness,
For they shall be filled.

There is no person in the world, no matter how remote, who hungers and thirsts for righteousness that God will not fill. To whatever degree that person hungers and thirsts that measure of hunger shall be filled by God.

No is going to miss out on the truth that wants it.

God guarantees it.

Now, looking at the population of the earth and seeing how many are not Christians, we can see that not all the earth is hungry enough to turn to God.
