Enyart went after Focus and Dobson (as he is wont to do) repeatedly and deliberately. He knew exactly what he was doing. Acting or thinking as though this is persecution or a miscarriage of justice is absolutely insulting and ludicrous.
Believe it or not I agree with Lighthouse on this one. It's clear that Enyart was intent on getting arrested. He wanted jailtime, and he's being indulged.
