The imagination is the devil's playground. A person may have an active or vivid imagination. A child has an imagination. That should not be taken away, though fantasy, make-believe, and fairytales should be. Some people tell or make up stories. You can rather tell a true story. What is moral training? Teach God's Law by teaching His Commandments. Do not kill an unborn child for having an imagination. What is tough?I said
Its easy to loose tough with reality in our imaginations. That is why the bible says to get rid of our imagination.
IMAGINATION
Gen 6:5 OLD TESTAMENT
5 Then the LORD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.
Gen 8:21
21 And the LORD smelled a soothing aroma. Then the LORD said in His heart, "I will never again curse the ground for man's sake, although the imagination of man's heart is evil from his youth; nor will I again destroy every living thing as I have done.
1 Chr 28:9
9 "As for you, my son Solomon, know the God of your father, and serve Him with a loyal heart and with a willing mind; for the LORD searches all hearts and understands all the intent of the thoughts. If you seek Him, He will be found by you; but if you forsake Him, He will cast you off forever.
Jer 7:24
24 "Yet they did not obey or incline their ear, but followed the counsels and the dictates of their evil hearts, and went backward and not forward.
Jer 9:14
14 "but they have walked according to the dictates of their own hearts and after the Baals, which their fathers taught them,"
Jer 16:12
12 'And you have done worse than your fathers, for behold, each one follows the dictates of his own evil heart, so that no one listens to Me.
Isa 65:2
2 I have stretched out My hands all day long to a rebellious people, who walk in a way that is not good, according to their own thoughts;
NEW TESTAMENT
Luke 1:51
51 He has shown strength with His arm; he has scattered the proud in the imagination of their hearts.
2 Cor 10:4-5
4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds
5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;
Rom 1:21-22
21 because, although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor were thankful, but became futile in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened.
22 Professing to be wise, they became fools,
Heb 4:2
2 For indeed the gospel was preached to us as well as to them; but the word which they heard did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in those who heard it.
Heb 4:12
12 For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
Heb 4:13
13 And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account.

Acts 2:17
17 'And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, that I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh; your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your young men shall see visions, your old men shall dream dreams.
Matt 17:1-9
1 Now after six days Jesus took Peter, James, and John his brother, led them up on a high mountain by themselves;
2 and He was transfigured before them. His face shone like the sun, and His clothes became as white as the light.
3 And behold, Moses and Elijah appeared to them, talking with Him.
4 Then Peter answered and said to Jesus, "Lord, it is good for us to be here; if You wish, let us make here three tabernacles: one for You, one for Moses, and one for Elijah."
5 While he was still speaking, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them; and suddenly a voice came out of the cloud, saying, "This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. Hear Him!"
6 And when the disciples heard it, they fell on their faces and were greatly afraid.
7 But Jesus came and touched them and said, "Arise, and do not be afraid."
8 When they had lifted up their eyes, they saw no one but Jesus only.
9 Now as they came down from the mountain, Jesus commanded them, saying, "Tell the vision to no one until the Son of Man is risen from the dead."
Acts 11:1-18
1 Now the apostles and brethren who were in Judea heard that the Gentiles had also received the word of God.
2 And when Peter came up to Jerusalem, those of the circumcision contended with him,
3 saying, "You went in to uncircumcised men and ate with them!"
4 But Peter explained it to them in order from the beginning, saying:
5 "I was in the city of Joppa praying; and in a trance I saw a vision, an object descending like a great sheet, let down from heaven by four corners; and it came to me.
6 "When I observed it intently and considered, I saw four-footed animals of the earth, wild beasts, creeping things, and birds of the air.
7 "And I heard a voice saying to me, 'Rise, Peter; kill and eat.'
8 "But I said, 'Not so, Lord! For nothing common or unclean has at any time entered my mouth.'
9 "But the voice answered me again from heaven, 'What God has cleansed you must not call common.'
10 "Now this was done three times, and all were drawn up again into heaven.
11 "At that very moment, three men stood before the house where I was, having been sent to me from Caesarea.
12 "Then the Spirit told me to go with them, doubting nothing. Moreover these six brethren accompanied me, and we entered the man's house.
13 "And he told us how he had seen an angel standing in his house, who said to him, 'Send men to Joppa, and call for Simon whose surname is Peter,
14 'who will tell you words by which you and all your household will be saved.'
15 "And as I began to speak, the Holy Spirit fell upon them, as upon us at the beginning.
16 "Then I remembered the word of the Lord, how He said, 'John indeed baptized with water, but you shall be baptized with the Holy Spirit.'
17 "If therefore God gave them the same gift as He gave us when we believed on the Lord Jesus Christ, who was I that I could withstand God?"
18 When they heard these things they became silent; and they glorified God, saying, "Then God has also granted to the Gentiles repentance to life."
Acts 10:1-17
1 There was a certain man in Caesarea called Cornelius, a centurion of what was called the Italian Regiment,
2 a devout man and one who feared God with all his household, who gave alms generously to the people, and prayed to God always.
3 About the ninth hour of the day he saw clearly in a vision an angel of God coming in and saying to him, "Cornelius!"
4 And when he observed him, he was afraid, and said, "What is it, lord?" So he said to him, "Your prayers and your alms have come up for a memorial before God.
5 "Now send men to Joppa, and send for Simon whose surname is Peter.
6 "He is lodging with Simon, a tanner, whose house is by the sea. He will tell you what you must do."
7 And when the angel who spoke to him had departed, Cornelius called two of his household servants and a devout soldier from among those who waited on him continually.
8 So when he had explained all these things to them, he sent them to Joppa.
9 The next day, as they went on their journey and drew near the city, Peter went up on the housetop to pray, about the sixth hour.
10 Then he became very hungry and wanted to eat; but while they made ready, he fell into a trance
11 and saw heaven opened and an object like a great sheet bound at the four corners, descending to him and let down to the earth.
12 In it were all kinds of four-footed animals of the earth, wild beasts, creeping things, and birds of the air.
13 And a voice came to him, "Rise, Peter; kill and eat."
14 But Peter said, "Not so, Lord! For I have never eaten anything common or unclean."
15 And a voice spoke to him again the second time, "What God has cleansed you must not call common."
16 This was done three times. And the object was taken up into heaven again.
17 Now while Peter wondered within himself what this vision which he had seen meant, behold, the men who had been sent from Cornelius had made inquiry for Simon's house, and stood before the gate.

XXX It is hard to know the difference between a spiritual vision, and the imagination. It is hard to separate in the mind dreams from the imagination. And remember there is only one guaranteed message from God. And that is the Holy Spirit. Its a different world in the Spirit than what you have grown up with. You have grown up with imagine this or imagine that. And most have grown up thinking this is good, and the way to the truth. Even our most educated people carnally the minsa group says. There is no absolute in the english language. And everyone is useing the english language to find the absolute truth. But in the Spiritual language there are absolutes. The Holy Spirit is the only guaranteed message from God. And He only quotes verses. Any time one steps outside the rules of believing they are in their imagination.
1 Cor 4:6

18 For I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds to these things, God will add to him the plagues that are written in this book;

Squeaky, most of the time I agree with you but on this we differ. Christ came to magnify the Law into the hearts and minds of his people. The Law still stands, it will never be gone. Satan tried to change and destroy the Law with his RCC. This was all foretold in Daniel.
I said
Anyone who even attempts to be justified by the old testament law has fallen from grace.. And if you keep any part your subject to the whole entire thing.
[Gal 5:1-4
1 Stand fast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage.
2 Indeed I, Paul, say to you that if you become circumcised, Christ will profit you nothing.
3 And I testify again to every man who becomes circumcised that he is a debtor to keep the whole law.
4 You have become estranged from Christ, you who [attempt to] be justified by law; you have fallen from grace.
Again...
We dont keep the Law it keeps us...closer to Him His way not like the world or our former selves...
We dont keep the Law to become saved we keep it because we already are saved...
Israel was saved from Egypt (sin) BEFORE it was given the Law...faith saved them...out of gratitude they were known by the Law they were to keep...
LOL...”if you keep any part your [sic] to the whole entire thing” ...so you break all of them every day do you?
It remains “Here are they that keep the commandments of Yah and the faith of Yahushua”
Your false testimony is just like the jews of old:
13 They also set up false witnesses who said, “This man does not cease to speak blasphemous words against this holy place and the law; 14 for we have heard him say that this Jesus of Nazareth will destroy this place and change the customs which Moses delivered to us.” (Acts 6:13-14)
Stop with your false witnessing...
I said
lol Your an idiot. Your trying to be justified by the law. By keeping it.
[Gal 5:4
4 You have become estranged from Christ, you who [attempt to] be justified by law; you have fallen from grace.
LOL...did you eat a worm today? Because if you did NOT you are even keeping the 613 commandments...
So you are breaking all the Laws in order to be not keeping any?
You are entertaining...
I said
lolol You said but no body even ask you. So I will-would you say something really stupid?
Saying something really stupid is you who claim in the OT they kept the Law in order to be saved...
When it is quite clear it was by FAITH they were saved...and then given the Law...but yes like you most of them also made up excuses and rationales NOT to obey but counterfeit and do what they wanted...you know keep most of the Law...even like you only 9/10ths of it
That is stupid but typical...and all too apparent in the OT and your posts...
I said
lololo Your an idiot. You were wrong on pretty much everything you have said. Your getting everyone all mixed up. I have never said the people in the old testament kept the law to be saved.
what is wrong with you? You just make this stuff up as you go.
Oh ok...right...you have always said all those in the OT were saved by faith...
And that only the law of priesthood was changed as it did not provide the High Priest Who can save...
Good stuff sneaky...
I said
ROFLOL Your an idiot. What is wrong with you? I have never said none of that.
Yes...was being ironic...you said the opposite of that...
You have also said He changed that Law...which He said dont think that...changing it means destroying it...so dont think He came to do that...and dont spread that same false witness as the non believing jews in the book of acts...
I said

Not talking about being justified friend, the Law will not save you or me. But we are told the Law will stand longer than the earth.
Joh 15:10 If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love.
Love Christ, keep commandments and he will love you
Joh 15:12 This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you.
Follow his example
1Jo 2:3 By this we know that we have come to know Him, if we keep His commandments.
1Jo 2:4 The one who says, "I have come to know Him," and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him;
1Jo 2:5 but whoever keeps His word, in him the love of God has truly been perfected. By this we know that we are in Him:
1Jo 2:6 the one who says he abides in Him ought himself to walk in the same manner as He walked.
1Jo 2:7 Beloved, I am not writing a new commandment to you, but an old commandment which you have had from the beginning; the old commandment is the word which you have heard.
Keeping his Law in the spirit is what our Lord taught us.
