No, we own 100% of our uranium stock. A Russian corporation owns 20% of currently exploited uranium deposits being mined, not 20% of the amount of uranium still to be mined. And as you learned, there's a glut on the market, as demand for uranium has fallen drastically.

As you've probably figured out by now, this has no strategic significance at all, unlike Trump handing over classified information to the Russians.
