Is Orlando the price we pay for freedom or is there a law that could of prevented it?

in the tragedy of the Orlando shootings both sides of the political spectrum have rushed to declare their side is right and if only they could manage to pass a certain set of laws this tragedy could have been prevented. to me with news reports coming out this guy was really gay, i think that neither a tough stance on Muslim immigration or gun control would have prevented this. In the case of gun control other than a outright ban on all guns, any gun would have been just as deadly in close and crowed ranges that he was shooting people from. In the case of Muslim immigration laws, he was born in the U.S. and it appears that his internal conflict of being gay lead him to be radicalized by ISIS over the internet, how exactly do you monitor such a situation, if your the FBI agent in charge of his case.

Both. Laws could have mitigated some of the threat but freedoms would have made it impossible to guarantee it wouldn't happen.

This is false. He used a gun that fired quickly and with a large magazine, proximity of targets only diminishes the assault rifles advantage in accuracy. More people could have fled and the odds of a crowd being able to overcome him would be greatly increased if he had a gun which fired slower and required regular reloading.

Most likely you cant, no test is 100% sensitive and there is much harm in false positives too. Without debasing our most fundamental rights we can not stop them all, however we can't stop a lot.

Even the ten commandments are not absolute laws from God. They were given for temporal use, only by a specific set of people.

The revelation is that different groups of people makes things to be their laws, simply by esteeming such things/laws. Then those laws are binding only on those who esteem those laws and only them. By their own choice, they will be judged, by God, under their chosen laws and ideologies. (this is so, even if one was introduced to these laws and ideologies by Moses)

Many perceive that children of God/Christians will be taken out of earth, in these last days. This is not so. Children of God/Christians will be on earth to the very end. However they, being under grace of God, will be totally sheltered by God.

The holocaust is an example of people who were not sheltered by God. This is a live example of God, 'looking the other way' whiles millions met punishment.

It seem that God left them to get punished.

Only uninformed humans are overly preoccupied with preserving their current life. At any event, those who are under grace of God cannot loose their lives unless it is the will of God. It is therefore most desirable to drop all things (all other preoccupations/occupations) and actively strive to come under grace of God, first. Then one's life can begin.

Even life on earth is an added on thing:

One's current life is short and it is simply given for determining one's eternal life.

This life is simply a an opportunity for one to show God what one wants in one's eternal after life. One's future is totally in one's own hands.

If while one lives, one esteem, use, promote and invoke the ten commandments. Then when one dies one goes to a place where the laws of sin and death is the absolute rule. This is called entanglement. One's future life is totally entangled with one's current life. One current life determines one's future life. What one soweth in this life is the blueprint for one's life after death.

This means that if you esteem, use, promote and/or invoke wars, deceit, hate, bigotry, division, supremacy of you beliefs, terrorism, infidel-ism etc. as your tools and way of life, then when you die, you will be teleported to a place where those are the everyday routine lifestyle practices among only people like you. Only you and your kind will be sent to that hellish place.

You are here in this life to live according to your ideologies of life as exemplified by your own actual words and life style. When you die, God will send you a place exactly conformed to your ideologies. However you will have no one around, who hold another ideology. It will not be like the surface of earth.

There is no need to seek to, any which way convert, all of earth to your ideologies. You will be a distinguished person on earth, for God, if you live harmoniously with everyone, whiles holding your individuality. You have to prove that you can and do leave the organization and management on earth totally to the Spirit of Jesus. This is obedience onto righteousness as demonstrated by Abraham and Rahab. Only this will earn you God's kingdom of heaven when you die or even before you die.

This life is not worth anything unless it is used to gain God's kingdom of heaven when one dies or even before. God kingdom of heaven is in the spirit realm and it is also current forming on the surface of earth.

No human intellectual/physical technique, devise and/or action can manage the creation at this time.

All such systems are being challenged. They are all buckling under pressure and failing. From past financial systems to past security systems, all are buckling and failing.

Intellectual/physical techniques include the ten commandments which operate under fear of sin, death and punishment (for transgression) in hell, inside the earth, with Satan. These are based on left brain functioning. These are physical people who are not aware of their unbounded and eternal nature. They live in fear of many thing, including death. They can be managed under intellectual concepts which include ideas of right and wrong as defined by the ten commandments and fear.

Increasing masses of people are now spiritually aware and are discerning the folly that is the ten commandments etc. They are right brain functional. They are fearless and also totally aware of their unbounded and eternal nature. They cannot be managed under intellectual concepts which include ideas of right and wrong as defined by the ten commandments.

These increasing masses of spiritually aware people are turning away from the past world which was conformed to and anchored on, duality, like the ten commandments and other inflexible ideas of right and wrong. They hold no traditional concept of right and wrong. The world must be re-conformed so as to recognize and cater for, absolute diversity, other wise chaos will reign supreme, as is already evident.

Now unprecedented numbers of human populations will naturally and spontaneously increasingly operate outside the old/tradition 'intellectual' box. They simply cannot be contained nor can they contain themselves.

Simultaneously, at an ever increasing rate, those who operated inside the old/tradition 'intellectual' box will become increasingly powerless and irrelevant. This is represented by terrorists on the one side and traditional law enforcers on the other side.

Terrorists are driven by spirit/passion, however they are not spiritually enlightened. They are under-informed and misguided. They lack informed Spiritual guidance.

The sad fact is that the Old traditional status quo (i.e. managers etc.) cannot become the New. They were the Old guard because they were not spiritually aware and intuitively functional. Their time and relevance has passed.

The Old physical/intellectual guard must be totally replaced by a New spiritual/intuitive guard, if the world is to brought back into any form of order.

Uninformed and misinformed spiritually/intuitively actualized people are rising as terrorists. However they are not meeting spiritually/intuitively actualized people to oppose and deal with them.

The old status quo cannot meet these new kind of challenges. They know about power through the possession and use of advanced physical weaponry and they know intellectual techniques. However these are not effective against spiritually actualized people. And the old status quo, know nothing about spiritual actualization and spiritual powers that are need at this time to keep peace on earth. Also they cannot acquire these skills at this time.

What we are experiencing are the pains associated with the need to totally change the guards. The old must die (totally) to give way to the new (a totally new). Peter's church is not Paul's church. Peter's church is the Old which must die to give way to Paul's church which is the New.

This changing of the guard will occur only seemingly magically:

Whether or not we can provide it, spiritual/intuitive techniques are now required for management, as proposed under the Spirit of Jesus/Spirit of Truth/Spirit of Intercession/Spirit of Love. This totally and absolutely recognize human individuality and diversities and incorporate these into individualized guidance for every person. Under this system one has God given freedom, liberty and justification to transgress, laws of duality, like the ten commandments and get no sin, but instead be glorified by God.

However the above is totally anchored on Love and compassion and not at all on hate and dispensing punishment.

This is not within anyone's control. This is simply the unfolding reality on earth. The choice of each person is to either get on board with the New reality and what it takes to survive in the New reality or perish with the Old.

When the Almighty strikes it's to deliver His judgement and not prevent anything. He allows sin to reach its full measure before destroying. Just as He's doing with you and many others on this site. The very fact you have typed what you have is proof you are under judgement and that it awaits His command. You poor sad creature.

Wouldn't such a test be in violation of "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances"?
