You didn't answer my questions:
Which part of ICE is unlawful?
Where have they not followed due process?
Can you point to any specific examples?
Good nearly ran over an agent. His shooting her was justified. Awful but lawful, as they say.
Pretti's death can be chalked up to a weapon known to discharge without pulling the trigger (a Sig Saur P320) and Pretti's refusal to comply with officers while armed at a protest and who they tried to detain due to his assaulting someone else. His gun going off after being taken off of him caused officers to think he had started shooting, which justified their response. A tragedy, but not murder.
Their deaths were indeed needless. But entirely not the fault of ICE.
Without knowing the specifics of the alleged other instances of injustice; people being shot by police or law enforcement is usually because they're not complying with lawful commands and are threatening law enforcement to the point where they have to shoot; detaining someone is one of the lawful things a police officer or ice agent can do, especially when trying to determine identity when suspected of a crime; kids whose parents are deported should be deported along with them, and particularly in the case of the one ICE case where the agents babysat one of the children, his father abandoned him as he was fleeing ICE.
The realreason you won't cite cases is because you don't have a strong leg to stand upon with them, because the instances that you would quote are at best ambiguous or need firther investigating, but upon even just a cursory inspection, show that they don't fit your narrative.
So again, Arthur, I ask:
Which part of ICE is unlawful?
Where have they not followed due process for illegals?
Can you point to any specific examples where they have not?
Read at your leisure and feel free to still support ICE as much as you want. Renee Good did not 'nearly run over an agent' at all. Most of us have seen the available vdeo footage from multiple angles along with Pretti. Not going through the same ole pointless merry go round when you'll just blindly ignore the obvious.
