There are a whole slew of cases like this that I'm following, heading towards the Supreme Court. Concealed carry, high capacity magazines, sbr's and nfa's, silencers, etc
Which explains why the left is so rabidly attacking the Supreme Court lately

I'm not holding my breath. Until Republicans have more legislative power Democratic lawmakers basically gerrymander (but with laws) to circumvent Supreme Court rulings, as we've seen just in the past c. 12 months.
This Republican Congress should impeach one of the three Democratic SCOTUS justices (applying just the same scrutiny currently being applied to Justice Thomas!), even if he or she isn't all that dirty, just as an example. Two can play this game. Senate won't convict, but it's just as stupid an idea as slandering Thomas.

The fundamental idea that our rights are preexisting ("pre-political") conditions, is what separates us from the animals. (Where "us" is America and "the animals" are all the other countries.
