It means that we, when we're armed only with handguns, are only really "mini-armed." If we carry rifles, only then are we properly armed.That's all handguns have ever been for.

It'd be nice. Heck it's also nice that me and Doser are now guaranteed an unrestricted carry permit if and or when we apply for one. That was not true before President Trump overturned Roe. I mean, he also partially fixed the gun control problem, but President Trump overturned Roe. No other Republican president ever did that, not even Reagan.
