Therefore if thou bring thy gift to the altar, and there rememberest that thy brother hath ought against thee; 24. Leave there thy gift before the altar, and go thy way; first be reconciled to thy brother, and then come and offer thy gift.
Leviticus: 19. 16. Thou shalt not go up and down as a talebearer among thy people: neither shalt thou stand against the blood of thy neighbour: I am the LORD. 17. Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thine heart: thou shalt in any wise rebuke thy neighbour, and not suffer sin upon him. 18. Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself: I am the LORD.

Evil pursueth sinners: but to the righteous good shall be repayed. 22. A good man leaveth an inheritance to his children's children: and the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just. 23. Much food is in the tillage of the poor: but there is that is destroyed for want of judgment. 24. He that spareth his rod hateth his son: but he that loveth him chasteneth him betimes. 25. The righteous eateth to the satisfying of his soul: but the belly of the wicked shall want.
Proverbs: 24. 28. Be not a witness against thy neighbour without cause; and deceive not with thy lips. 29. Say not, I will do so to him as he hath done to me: I will render to the man according to his work. 30. I went by the field of the slothful, and by the vineyard of the man void of understanding; 31.
