This is slander. What about abortionists who pretend to be Christian?

* Abortion Nationally is from the Republican Supreme Court:
- Republican U.S. Supreme Court Justice Harry Blackmun wrote Roe v. Wade.
- The 1973 Roe 7-to-2 opinion was approved with a Republican majority of five votes.
- The 1992 landmark Casey opinion upheld "abortion rights" though 8 Republicans and a single pro-life Democrat (who dissented) comprised the court.
- In 2002 Casey author and Republican Justice Antonin Scalia said, "I will also strike down a law that is the opposite of Roe v. Wade."
- In 2008 on ABC's 60 Minutes Scalia said, "there are anti-abortion people who think that... the [constitution's] equal protection clause requires that you treat a helpless human being that's still in the womb the way you treat other human beings. I think that's wrong."
- In 2012 Republican Chief Justice John Roberts voted to uphold the socialist, pro-abortion Obamacare.
- In 2017 Republican Gorsuch became the poster-child for the "pro-life" movement's support for judges who reject the child's God-given right to life (see video below)
- From 1973 to 2020 every Republican justice on the court has agreed with the Democrat Party's platform and the central holding of Roe that the baby is not a person and has no right to life.

  • Colorado's Republican Governor John Love signed the nation's first permissive abortion law in 1967.
  • The Republican Justices now on the Court (including Scalia, Thomas, Alito and Roberts) oppose personhood.
  • All six Republican judges on the 11th circuit (nominated by Reagan, Bush Sr. & George W. Bush) voted to kill Terri Schiavo.
  • Republican "pro-life" heroine Priscilla Owen voted to abort "Baby 10" as a Texas Supreme Court judge.
  • Republican "pro-life" hero Samuel Alito sided with Planned Parenthood in repeated 3rd-circuit rulings, including ruling to keep partial birth abortion legal.
  • Republican George W. Bush refused to support South Dakota's total ban on abortion.
  • Hundreds of pro-life laws that regulate abortion that will actually keep abortion legal after Roe is overturned such as the Informed Consent laws.

Republicans who endorsed, supported, promoted, and committed murder by abortion are fools.

That is what the Roe Vs Wade was about. It was about the fact that abortion could not be stopped that easily.

Democrats made a horrible mistake by voting to cast God off their platform in 2012. That left them vulnerable to this Biblical prophecy:

2 Thessalonians 2

7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.

8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:

9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,

10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:

12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

Of course Hillary was not found guilty because the FBI refused to investigate her

FALSE. She was investigated, but not indicted.
and Comey, a longtime family friend illegitimately acting like God, forgave her of all her sins, releasing her from having to answer for her crimes.
Then...
Why did Comey announce that he re-opened the investigation despite the inopportune moment ie just weeks away from election?

The emails were not of a confidential nature.

Confidential means they don't want to tell the public. You are missing that fact.

Comey was lying through his teeth. The FBI NEVER obtained sworn testimony from Hillary about her illegal use of a private server to conduct State Department business. That means the FBI never seriously investigated Hillary because crooks in top echelons of the FBI at the time were Trump-hating loyalists determined to help Hillary win the 2016 election.

Too bad. The crooks and liars lost.

In 2020 a federal judge finally ordered Hillary to give her testimony under oath for the first time explaining her violation of federal security laws with her private server.

Hillary Clinton must testify in email case, judge rules

KEY POINTS

  • A judge ordered Hillary Clinton to testify at a deposition for a lawsuit related to her use of a private email server for involving official business while working as secretary of State under President Barack Obama.
  • The order to answer questions from lawyers for the conservative advocacy group Judicial Watch pours yet more fuel on the longstanding fire of controversy over Clinton’s private server.
  • That controversy arguably dealt her Democratic candidacy for the White House in 2016 a fatal blow, and helped elect Donald Trump president.

They read the emails which is the most relevant evidence. So, no real grounds to force testimony. Hillary would do fine just like when she was grilled for 10 hours about Bengazi.

Gee, are you up at arms over Bannon's refusal to obey subpoena? And what about Trump children and Trump himself in regard to Jan 6th? You will not criticize them for refusing to answer questions. Everything is a double standard with you.

In an appeal, judge overturned requirement to testify as Clinton's emails were already investigated by Congress, the State Department inspector general and the FBI, and she previously gave written answers in another lawsuit.

Baloney. Comey said he read more than 600,000 emails in a matter of days and found no classified material. That is a lie. Nobody reads that many emails that fast and it does not matter whether the emails had classified info on them or not, they were on a private server that Hillary knew for a fact was illegal.

At a rally Sunday evening in Sterling Heights, Mich., Trump directly responded to Comey's new letter to Congress. "Right now, she's being protected by a rigged system," he told the crowd. "You can't review 650,000 new emails in eight days — you just can't do it, folks. Hillary Clinton is guilty."

Gee... did Comey have employees? How many? He did estimate that it would takes weeks, but took only one week. It would depend on how long the emails were obviously. Which makes more sense: the emails were shorter than expected OR Comey's brilliant plan was to be thorough by announcing that the emails would be investigated (which was against precedent) and then not bother to look at them...?

So Trump's point is that he knows Hillary is guilty without having had read any of the emails and he knows better than those who did read the emails because they did it to fast? Quoting Trump as an authority on anything is a joke.

Too many justice officials not willing to cover up for Hillary knew about the 650,000 emails recovered on Wiener's laptop, forcing Comey to publicly admit in late 2016 that the FBI had uncovered the emails. He then claimed his people had read through them and found nothing illegal, which was not true since they were all illegally kept on a private server against federal law. Comey's claims of Hillary's innocence fell short of convincing millions of Americans that it was OK for Hillary to break the law even if her supporters, like Comey, claimed no harm was done.

President Trump was right. It was against the law for Hillary to conduct public and private business on her private server while serving as SOS. Congress subpoenaed the email records in 2014, prompting Hillary and her lawyers to delete 30,000 of them they claimed were not work-related. The FBI never examined those 30,000 emails before they were deleted. Only Hillary and her staff went through them to determine what to release and what not to release. That was a cover-up and illegal because she destroyed government property that was not hers to destroy.

Congress asked Hillary and others for their government-owned email records in 2014.

In late 2014, the State Department asked Clinton and other former secretaries of state to hand over any work-related emails they may have.
By then, Clinton had already "deleted some [emails] over time as an ordinary user would," FBI Director James Comey told lawmakers at a July congressional hearing.

Hillary did not turn over all her emails as required by law but had her staff destroy 30,000 of them for personal reasons and without FBI oversight or approval. The destruction of the emails was illegal but Comey illegally forgave her because, he said, he found no evil intent on her part to hide evidence from the government. That is not how laws are enforced, that is how crooks and crooked cops break the law and attempt to get away with it.

And she tasked her legal team to determine which of the roughly 60,000 emails still on her server were work-related.

"Clinton told the FBI that she directed her legal team to provide any work-related or arguably work-related emails to State; however she did not participate in the development of the specific process to be used or in discussions of the locations of where her emails might exist," the FBI concluded in its investigative summary of the case.

Comey testified that the FBI "didn't find any evidence of evil intent and intent to obstruct justice."

Comey was working with Hillary to convince the American people that there was nothing illegal about what Hillary did. There is no excuse for Hillary's destruction of evidence no matter what Comey said. Trump was right to fire the crooked partisan cop.

In total, more than 30,000 emails were deleted "because they were personal and private about matters that I believed were within the scope of my personal privacy," Clinton told reporters in March of 2015, as the controversy around her private emails was growing.

"They had nothing to do with work," Clinton added. "I didn't see any reason to keep them ... no one wants their personal emails made public, and I think most people understand that and respect that privacy."

Clinton said her team "went through a thorough process" to identify work-related emails, and she said he had "absolute confidence that everything that could be in any way connected to work is now in the possession of the State Department."

However, after a year-long investigation, the FBI recovered more than 17,000 emails that had been deleted or otherwise not turned over to the State Department, and many of them were work-related, the FBI has said.

Republican critics have accused Clinton of using a private server and ultimately deleting emails to skirt federal records laws aimed at promoting transparency, and earlier this month the chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah, said, "The sequence of events leading up to the destruction of Secretary Clinton’s emails ... raises questions about whether Secretary Clinton, acting through her attorneys, instructed [aides and others] to destroy records relevant to" a Congressional investigation of the deadly Benghazi attack.

You set that out very succinctly, thank you.
