They've known that since 2020...
Democrats know judges are biased and will rule in favor of political ideologies instead of in strict accordance with the fair laws of justice. That is what the fights over Kavanaugh and Barrett were all about. Sadly, democrat and leftist judges do not seem to see that unjust bias in perverting justice is a serious threat to the very fabric of American justice.
America is in danger of losing its freedom to godless barbarians who are getting away with illegally, unjustly, and unmercifully persecuting their enemies as if they share the same type of supreme authority the German Gestapo exercised against the Jews they murdered.
Leftists have seized people's phones in violation of the Constitution, have jailed protesters for protesting in violation of the Constitution, have seized people's personal records in violation of the Constitution, and are conducting a one-sided political kangaroo courtroom investigation of their political enemies in violation of the Constitution. Sure the leftists will claim every tiny thing is some sort of evidence of a huge seditious conspiracy, but that perverted political conspiracy theory is nonsense.

The DOJ busted them by filing a response that included their objections. Oops.

According to Salon, the DOJ has a massive amount of evidence against them.
