Nearly every song Pentatonix has covered has been exponentially better than the original.
It helps that they're mostly taking industrially manufactured, uber-repetitive "songs" and making a capella masterpieces out of them.
In that same vein, I love pretty much every barbershop arrangement of a song better than its original.

Hendrix as well. I love Dylan and Hendrix in general, though. Ever heard Hendrix's version if Like a Rolling Stone? He played it live, I believe at the Monterey pop festival. It's on YouTube. In the video, Hendrix says he's playing it because Dylan's grandmother is in the audience.
