Every Believer Must Do Good Works and Proclaim the Gospel, Some Are Called to Teach

Is there not an appointed time of judgment, where all will be judged by works?
Yes.

Saved by grace; rewarded for works that we should do.

Eph 2:8-10 (AKJV/PCE)
(2:8) For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: [it is] the gift of God: (2:9) Not of works, lest any man should boast. (2:10) For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

Unbelievers(those without the merit of Christ) will be judged according to their works because.... that's all they've got and... it ain't enough.

GOD demands complete perfection.

Not completely, for unlike the believers that live now that are about to inherit the kingdom of God at the second coming of Christ, there will be many believers that will live during the millennial rule of Jesus Christ, and will die during his rule, to subsequently be resurrected into the last resurrection, where those raised there will be judged by works.

Also, you are correct that God demands perfection. Read this, http://www.wisdomofgod.co/2017/03/07/repentance-and-sin-no-more-perfection-and-born-of-the-spirit/ .

Yes.

But who gets to tell others NOW what works and how many to aim for? WHO has that authority?

Now I urge you, brothers—you know that the household of Stephanas were the first converts in Achaia, and that they have devoted themselves to the service of the saints— be subject to such as these, and to every fellow worker and laborer. (1 Corinthians 16:15-16 [ESV])

Remember your leaders, those who spoke to you the word of God. Consider the outcome of their way of life, and imitate their faith. (Hebrews 13:7 [ESV])

Obey your leaders and submit to them, for they are keeping watch over your souls, as those who will have to give an account. Let them do this with joy and not with groaning, for that would be of no advantage to you. (Hebrews 13:17 [ESV])

Which leaders? Who are they? Name them. And how can we know they're to be leaders and not false?

You really need to think though your position beforehand if you want this taken seriously.

Why name leaders when it is already being told to you what to do? We all have one leader, Jesus Christ, who laid an example, along with the apostles. Do as they do.

The body of Christ is NOT under the "rule" of the Hebrews.

Read 1 Corinthians 16 in context and you might actually understand it.

Which apostles?

One says forgive else you won't be forgiven, another says believers have already been forgiven ALL sins in Christ. Which one is right?

One says salvation must be proven by faith accompanied by works else it's false, another says salvation is by grace, free of works. Which one is right?

That's because you fail to harmonize what each apostle said. They do not contradict each other, but rather, it is you who does not understand.

To be forgiven of all past sins you must forgive. If you do not forgive, you will not forgiven, no matter how much you believe.

Salvation is free of works because salvation comes by election of God, before anyone is born. This is what is also referred to as "predestination". And that is why salvation comes through mere belief, where after believing, then it is necessary to do good works to prove that belief, otherwise it is dead.

Oh boy.... another lottery winner.

You are not aware of what God is doing today and are still trying to live under the law.
