D'ism is obstinate and rebellious about the bible.
Extremely thick irony...

These are all passages about which RD is too busy putting others down as foolish instead of commenting, for about 2 years now. What does that tell you?
Extremely thick irony...
Not just foolish, it's blasphemous because it says God lies.
God has no covenant with us Gentiles. We have grace, which is far better.
Paul said God did not lie when he said that the promise was to the Seed, meaning one person, which is Christ. That's why God did not lie.
You don't know your NTs and you don't care.

This is anti-semitic. Why would "God" (Must's god, not mine) do this to Israel? Does anyone in the room actually think this sounds the way the NT does?
You must NOT be a real READER and grammar scholar.Nope, the other party in the Jer passage is the THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS. Guess who? The other party in Heb 9 interp of Heb 8 (instead of the D'ist interp) is that a body had been prepared for sacrifice instead of 'sacrifices and offerings.'

Jer 31:31-34 (KJV)(31:31) Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah: (31:32) Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day [that] I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith the LORD: (31:33) But this [shall be] the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people. (31:34) And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.

Unfortunately you have loaded this with your interp, RD. The interp I follow is what the rest of Heb 9-10 says which has no interest in the land, espcially not in that generation when they knew it would be decimated.

That does NOT change the promise of the new covenant to Israel.Hebrews 3:1-6
That does NOT change the promise of the new covenant to Israel.
THEIR FATHERS.
P.S. "whose house we are" refers to the HEBREWS.
NOPE, I actually take it the EXACT way that it is WRITTEN.Unfortunately you have loaded this with your interp, RD.
(Must's god, not mine)
You're the scripture misinterper.
Why would "God" (Must's god, not mine) do this to Israel?
Him and so many others here that cannot accept simple truth. He cannot figure out how to get saved without the New Covenant. The result is a complete warping of scripture to somehow include himself in it.
Sad, and pathetic.
P.S. "whose house we are" refers to the HEBREWS.
