Covid Vaccination: I'm getting my first dose on Thursday

We are drowning in stupidity:

- Anti-vaxxers who cherry pick data and who gobble up conspiracy-theories like they were chocolate M&Ms.
- Trump cultists who have rushed open-arms into madness.

Fortunately, our medical schools filter out the stupid. And so these nutcases (above) are relegated to the sidelines, hunched over keyboards trying to drag us all back into the stone age with their toxic stew of moronicity, fundamentalism, conspiracy-theories, and tribal rhetoric.

While these lumps of dead weight look on, our best and brightest have worked tirelessly for 10 months. And we now have a vaccine. We can now fight back.

I will not waste my time engaging with the idiocy we see on this site. My words are aimed at the minority (here) whose brains have not been addled by a steady diet of pork rinds, Mountain Dew, and Fox News.

I plan to sally forth eagerly when my turn comes and take this vaccine. In the meantime, I will rejoice that the truly needy are, even now, being protected against the awful scourge of Covid-19.

Now if only there were a vaccine against ignorance, stupidity, and hate. Maybe next year.

Every flu season every year for decades have you worn a mask and social distanced?
During the Swine Flu did you wear a mask and social distanced
During the Bird Flu did you wear a mask and social distanced?
After all, tens of thousands have died every year from Flu so surely for decades you have worn a mask and social distanced, right?

What you took out of the article was accurate- what you read into it was a lie. They did tests on 600 people in a preliminary stage, and once that showed that the vaccine was safe, they tested it on 30,000 people. This is standard procedure. You were and are wrong.

In general, no one who identifies themselves on an anonymous forum as something special is that. And in the few cases they are, they are really crummy ones.

That being said I see no evidence that the mRNA in the vaccines for the CCP virus will do something like cause cancer. RNA, which is different from mRNA, has been know to damage or "rewrite" DNA. I have not seen any evidence of mRNA alone damaging DNA or causing cancer.

At the same time, I understand that our "leading" doctors have lied and changed what they have recommended several times. So, if someone doesn't want to take the vaccine, I can definitely understand where they are coming from - especially if they are in excellent health. Personally, I will take the vaccine when it becomes available to me because of my own unique situation.

However, I don't think my choice should be forced on someone else. Do you believe in forced vaccinations?

People who disagree with the majority of the forum and do so in a condescending manner - yes. Why else are you here? Your first post started out as insult to most everyone on this forum, why should you expect not to be insulted back?

If I go to the current events Reddit and post something that is absolutely true and an undisputed fact, I will be downvoted 1000 times. So, why would I post there except to be insulted and condescended to? You're a Jew from Israel posting on a Christian theology forum based in the U.S. which has definite conservative leanings. In your postings you condescend to the opposing viewpoints and insult in indirect ways. An indirect insult is the same as a direct insult. This forum is just more truthful about it.

You might be here to learn our viewpoints. But if you think viewpoints will change with the way you post, you are wrong. If they do change, they will change in a manner you may not like.

DO you really see no difference at all between insisting that someone wear a mask, and insisting that they have an injection? How about insisting that he stop at red lights? what about Freedom?

Have you ever read the history of vaccinations? How about the real history of something as revered as the Salk vaccine and how polio was really "conquered". I doubt the following book will teach you anything as you're so indoctrinated and believe anything the media tells you, that you think reality is a conspiracy theory, but here's to hoping.

The WHO's top scientist just said that the current vaccine shots are trials. And she admits that they don't really know what's going to happen with them. In other words, those people getting vaccinated right now are guinea pigs.

Did you listen to the whole thing? She's questioning whether the vaccine will even be effective at preventing people from becoming infected or if they are infected from preventing them from infecting others.

In other words she's not confident that there's any data to support the idea that the vaccine works as a vaccine.

This is the normal crazy going on in this plandemic. We are lied to constantly. I've actually read this before but didn't post it because of the source.

Normal vaccine development time is at least 10 years. And this is being put out to the public already plus it's a new type of vaccine. So, of course they don't know what's going to happen with it. Any person who takes this thing is taking their life in their hands. I'd just bet the the ex-presidents who took this thing were given nothing but saline solution in their shots. Same with other government officials.

And there is a lot of distrust of this vaccine in the medical community. At least 40% of nurses are refusing it, and similar percentages of nurses and doctors are refusing it in the UK too. They know how long it takes to develop vaccines and know the process was greatly accelerated for this thing.

If you'll read the booklet by Suzanne Humphries on the polio vaccines that I linked to a couple of posts before this one you'll see that this type of fraud is nothing new with respect to vaccines. It's all about the money. One of the really interesting things about the polio vaccine is that before the Salk vaccine was released a diagnosis of polio was made if two consecutive tests showed paralysis in the space of 24 hours it was diagnosed as polio. After the vaccine was released doctors were told that a polio diagnosis could only be made if two diagnoses of paralysis happened within 60 days. As you can imagine that really lowered the number of polio diagnoses. And the doctors were also told to work really hard to find other diseases causing the paralysis. Before there were 8 different diseases lumped under the diagnosis of polio pre-vaccine. Afterwards seven of them were always separate diagnoses. Plus a woman with the last name of Kenny started using physical therapy with polio patients and in about 20 years completely revolutionized polio treatments. Before her day the doctors were the ones who were permanently crippling their own patients with the way they treated them.

From the vaccine trials, we already know that the vaccines prevent symptomatic disease. That is why the vaccines have been approved. We don't yet know whether the vaccines prevent transmission.

This is not a secret. We are not "guinea pigs". I got the vaccine to reduce the chance of my getting "symptomatic disease and severe disease and death".

Stop twisting scientists words around to fit your paranoid beliefs.
