Seems to me, a reception is one thing (frankly they can kiss my rearend) but to USE THE PROPERTY AS A PLACE TO WED is within the rights of the owner.

They were just providing the location. Even the right wing sites reporting on this ceremony don't claim they were asked to marry the gay couple.

Their web site said it before they now decline all weddings because of this. Why do you think they allow gay receptions but not weddings, if they were only renting a space? The entire issue is that THEY refuse to perform them.

I will, since this has happened to another venue there, and the hosts won ultimately. Same kind of issue. State law doesn't compel the performance of a wedding. Thats a whole different thing than being rented a space for one.
