Seema Verma, Trump’s administrator for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, vowed to keep those protections in place if the legal challenge succeeds.
“I think that we need to have protections in place for those individuals. If the law changes in some way, I would work with Congress to make sure we had protections in place for people with preexisting conditions,” Verma said in a hearing of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee.

What changed is, almost all jobs under Obama were either part-time crap jobs that could not support a person, or they were healthcare jobs fueled by unsustainable government spending and that is not real job creation. While "technically" it was job creation, in reality it was not.
Trump is bringing back good jobs and wage growth.

Even if Trump is 'creating' better job, that does not in any way conclude that Obama's unemployment numbers were fake or bogus. So, the unemployment numbers were never fiction.
