He hasn't been active, but he's been mostly reliable on the conservative side of things. I can't see him giving up the bench if Clinton wins, which I think is the likely outcome. That would mean ceding two vacancies to the left, because in this climate there's no way she'd promote a moderate or give the conservatives anything like a bone.

If Trump wins...who knows? Would he consider leaving believing that Donald would put in an equally conservative voice, or moreso? Could he even if he wanted to?

Try mixing in one of their short, specialty cans. The bourbon flavored. Mixed with a big can (I use the regular, but just about any other will do) and slow cooked they're unbelievable.
