Then you obviously don't love the truth according to your own (flawed) definition of it or "everything" would be "suddenly be beautiful."
Your nonsensical "love the truth and everything is beautiful" was a non-sequitur in response to my telling you that rigid, unyielding authoritarians are not known for their ability to show love.
I believe you do love, and want to love, but if the object of your love doesn't conform to your rigid and unyielding specifications, if they fail you in that, you can't allow yourself to express that love. You withhold it from them, unless and until the person conforms to your standards.

I understand you're locked into this. Almost pathologically, to be honest. Yes, abortion kills the baby. Yes, throughout history, women have aborted their babies, and if Roe v Wade were overturned tomorrow, there would still be women who would abort their babies. I am not one of them. You will not (did not) shame me into voting for the absolutely most grotesque individual to ever hold the office. You should be ashamed for supporting him, for what he and his cohorts have done to this country. Shame on you.

So why not oppose ANYONE (not just the people in the opposite political party as you) who would support such an act for any reason?
