I've never seen a filthy Chipotles either, they've all been clean and I've been to all the locations near me. You can watch them prepare your food, and the food area is always clean. I don't eat very much fast food, but when I do, I like to go there. I get the steak bowl: brown rice, black beans, peppers and onions, steak, corn and salsa. Yum.

If they'll tolerate rats in one region what are they letting slide elsewhere? When you set the bar at "have rats, still open" I guess not washing your hands would seem minor. Even if the health inspector in that area is blind you kind of count on the corporate structure of a nationwide company to deliver you a consistent product. That's why you go there.
