Manner of death: Homicide
Because a junky with an enlarged heart, high blood pressure and a fatal amount of fentanyl in his system (11 ng/mL) is the perfect picture of good health.
Original report was no damage to neck cause of death fentanyl and speed, but of course that was discarded because it did not fit the agenda.
