No, I don't want Chauvin in jail because they 'feel' he should be there. "Feeling' is incredibly subjective.
Except when we do. The posturing thing never works for you. Sometimes I'm just on your side, even if you don't think so. That doesn't matter either, because 'feelings' are different than being objectively true.

I'm assuming she "thought" the other side did a better job too. When someone says "they felt" they often if not usually mean "they think." It's a figure of speech for them, they're not parsing whether it's cognition or emotion. You're being unnecessarily pedantic. You might even come across as "posturing."
You're right, that doesn't matter. It's not something that even crossed my mind, I don't know why it's on yours.
