I want to clarify that I agree with Cuban and Smith.
But to say blacks and women don't have any disadvantages is absurd.

The truth is that when a boss is interviewing potential employees they will tend to hire people of their own race and gender a majority of the time and throw in a few other races/genders every now and then to not appear like a bigot. And at the start of this society, the white man had first dibs on those leadership roles.
Columbine high school is nice too. Those white thugs didn't seem to care.

Because "diversity" as a goal is pointless.Why are more white men CEO's than minorities and women, in your opinion?
