I don't know of any good recipes, that said I've only tried ti a few times (several not that successfully due to how easy it is to overcook). Best I've had was with no special seasoning.
I can honestly say it tastes NOTHING like chicken! :chew:

Christmas in Australia is the best! Warm weather, beaches, BBQ's, family, friends.
The kids are on school holidays so it's usually a very relaxed, happy time filled with lots of socialising and celebration.The fresh fruit is amazing!
Because it's warm, we can hold our carol services outside at night time and with daylight saving, it's still light at 8pm at night....which means parties last longer :chuckle:
