Not essentially nude but bearing midriff, exposed thigh and cleavage etc. Are they enticing men or women to sin?

Apparently immorality is in the mind and eye of the beholder. However, if one wishes to make judgment about scantily clad women, these models certainly fit the bill.
Apparently so, but I wonder how many double standards are employed as to what is "acceptable" on a moral level and just when the dress or skirt is a bit too high?

No. It is written: "But each one is tempted when he is carried away and enticed by his own lust."
So, a day at the beach? I think a man can admire the form of a woman without following that thought into something inappropriate...it's probably more difficult for unmarried and young men. Are partially nude statues art or soft core pornography? It depends on the maturity of the viewer. Inherently? No.Not essentially nude but bearing midriff, exposed thigh and cleavage etc. Are they enticing men or women to sin?
Scripture advises women to dress modestly and with decency and propriety
are the women you're thinking of dressed modestly and with decency and propriety?
They dress as they do (showing a whole lot of skin) in order to sell the product with their bodies.

Here's another question:
Since we all know that glamour models dress provocatively in order to sell their products, what do they deserve?

It is also written that God created the man and woman naked, and they were unashamed. Perhaps modesty, decency and propriety in God's eyes are not about how much skin is covered.
Show us what is an acceptable outfit for a woman to wear on the beach, one that is modest, reflecting decency and propriety.
And there's the problem. You're speaking to citizens of this world, and all their opinions and their "commentary" about "morality" are nothing more than vain imaginings. They would no more look to scripture than they would want to be new creatures created IN Christ Jesus. If they were to, they would not have to ask anyone else's opinion on such things.
A decent wage?

Decency is in the mind of the beholder ... apparently.
